This has happened to me on numerous occassions and probably to just about everyone else.

theft in his country's postal system yet never gets a manager in another
country with a more secure postal system. One has to wonder if such stations
aren't DXing for dollars. If they're not, then they should either tel

I have ten of the NEW IRCs and one of the older (still good) IRCs for sale
for 14.75 postpaid in the US. Anybody need this small amount?
All IRCs are properly stamped on the left side! No rejects in this bunch.

Amen, brother. Nobody begrudges the guys in less developed countries a
little extra. US hams, like the USA itself, are among the world's most

I am disappointed to hear that any USA ham would not want to be generous

a US dollar. We gotta get away from the old ideas that somehow we are owed
a QSL card and want to send the minimum or less to help get one. I th
I find it hard to fathom that I and other fat cat Amerucan capitalist hams

I disagree. First, some people have tried to get rich at ham radio. How
successful they were is debatable, but certainly no one would argue that
none have tried. Second, In trying to walk in the shoes of DX ops of modest
means I believe I would be content and happy to send out thousands of QSL
