I'm experiencing some issues with my channel 5 (NBC) on my Freevo install (
1.7.3) after switching it to analog cable (us-cable-hrc) from broadcast
(us-bcast). I reconfigured and updated my listings from schedule direct,
and the other channels are working fine. My TV picks it up fine, but when I

I was browsing through the list archives and found this email covering a
similar problem that I just started experiencing. I recently switched my
listings from broadcast to cable, deleted all the files mentioned in this
chain and re-downloaded my TV.xml file. The TV sort script was activated by

I was under the impression that Schedules Direct does use xmltv. If this
is true, why can't the 1.x series of Freevo use the data as well?

Hi, not sure if this fits your needs but Im quite happy with my logitech
rumblepad 2, its USB HID compliant so no need for any special drivers. Just
plug it in an

Hi All,
I've recently noticed that Kaa has made it into Debian's unstable archive.
Does this mean that Freevo proper is on it's way in as well. If so, great
news!

Any idea why it has taken so long?

I put together a few overview slides on Freevo for my LUG. I'm including
them here in case someone else wants to use them as a base to build off of
when presenting on the project. I hope they are useful to somebody. I
apologize in advance for any errors as I put them together fairly quickly.

This is the website for the xmltv grabber scripts that MythTv and Freevo
use. They have the announcement posted on the front page, and it looks like
alternatives are being explored...

nt skins,
but I get the same error. My TV.xml file seems to be up to date and my
recordserver is running. I have another box in the house running 1.6.3 fine
so I feel fairly certain that I'm configuring everything right. Is this a
bug in 1.7.0?
Thanks in Advance,

Join SourceForge.net's Techsay panel and you'll get the chance to share y
er-img to folder tag as , but dint worked for me. As Ducan pointed,
droping a "cover.jpg" inside the directory can do the trick.
I guess that you will want to do a fxd file for each episode, so you
can have plot information for each of them.
