I have installed gitorious on my local server and when I try to run it
in my browser, I don't see the homepage. Instead I see this page.

Hi, we're testing an upgrade of our self-hosted instances, and for
some reason the clone & push url field for each repository is empty,
does not matter which radio button is selected. Not seeing any errors
in the logs. Possibly related, the help link also does nothing.

odds with apt and gitorious will need _all_ references to gem eliminated

can no longer add users to groups and have had to resort to manually
adding them in the DB. Get:

I think the best solution is to remove the "terms of use" validation from
the create user action in the admin interface, because it's not a good
pratice to accept the "term of use" on behalf of someone.
My solution was just to get my installation working, due I need to create
some users,
