I totally agree with Rayne.I've been running servers since 1.3.I now have cs

My players and I have experienced this since the last update also. It
appears in our case to happen to all players at first, and then some players
were able to move again before others, once it "wore off". A couple times
yesterday, it never wore off and everyone lost their connection to the
server.
I never said windows is fucked up... but *careface*

Whatever you say... But take linux questions to the linux list.
Both Windows and Linux servers have their disadvantages and advantages.
Being windows only or linux only just merely shows your ignorance. I love
Linux personally and you can do some really great stuff quite easily. But
to say that
windoze attitude? I use Windows for desktop.. And could NEVER think of using
anything else.. But for for serverstuff, its linux ftw

Take your Windoze attitude somewhere else please. The mailing list is...
hlds -- Half-Life dedicated Win32 server mailing list
http://list.valvesoftware.com/mailman/listinfo/hlds
You know as much about this list as you know about windows 2000/2003 server.

This from the windows hater... Something about the pot calling the
kettle black... Each platform has it advantages and disadvantages, I
have done embedded development for both. I doubt many of you "haters"
have done much of either, so lets put this to bed and get back to
playtime.

Linux users? I use windows if you have to know... But i would NEVAH run a CS
dedicated server on windows... For stability issues.. Everyone knows that
Windows is KINDA fucked up.. And thats trying to be gentle about the
subject..
The 2 lists that SHOULD be, is hlds, and hlds-windows... =)

I run a DOD dedicated server on a windows 2000 advanced server and I have
never had any issues with the server only HLDS. I have also dabbled in
Linux and Apache so I can appreciate both.

I guess he should have made it clear what he was referring to. It sounded
like he was referring to me for answering the question.

While its only a work around, this does work when placed at the end of
the server.cfg:
// reload on map change...
//
mapchangecfgfile server.cfg

Sub
Graham.
Even that I did sign up, I did only sign up to the WINDOWS-list...
If I wanted linux-posts, I would also sign up there.. But I don't..
So I second YT, and polite ask these linux-users to move their discusion
to the linux-list.

In addition to the lag problems that have already been described, there
