[hlds_linux] Cant Load Mapcycle

When I fire up a fresh install (No plugins loaded), I get this error in the log file and I cant change to the next map. It just changes to the startup map WARNING: Couldn't find a valid map or the file doesn't exist (file "mapcycle.txt") The file exists and is in the cstrike dir. Any one know why?
