the installation CD but nothing happens.
It sits in the programme tray but does not open. I can see open office
writer icon too in the files that I had created earlier. Other office
programmes like Kword, abiword etc. are working fine.

Thanks, I tried Helix and now I can listen to the streaming audio at
least in the real audio and video format.
Inspired by LL's suggestion, I had tried to install the VLC but I ran
into trouble. It started asking me to install mozilla 1.1(probably this
version ). When I downloaded mozilla and

I log on to internet using 24hour online client. I have to give my

I am using Red hat 9 with dual boot-windows98 on my hda1.I am unable to
write to hda1 while using linux as user, though as root I can write and
read from the windows part of the partition.What could be the way
out,how can I write to the windows partition as user too?

I am having problems in connecting to internet. I have a LAN connection and after
getting advice from the mailing list, I did download from the net and set up the
