You won't find in the default scripts the startup message for jaws. That part is in the jaws.exe file and you will need a hex editor to make it say something else or put a sound in. The only place to put a startup sound would be in the sounds for windows, but that sound will start for all progra

mike, if your context menu will give you the zoom out option, that should work fine. i always have to zoom out at least twice to make a picture totally viewable. as for avg...I'm using avg free v9 and am totally content with it. it downloads definitions automatically and it scans on a schedule.
