Its either a bad brake hose or a bad caliper. Good used calipers are
cheap and will do the trick. I happen to have plenty laying around.

It's a fairly easy rebuild, replacements are not expensive, but do
replace all the hoses -- it's now time, and you don't want one to
either leak or develop a one-way valve.
