being stopped within a fixed time period. If you want to listen to music one should start playing as usual, but fully independet of the alarm function. That's the way all radio alarm clocks i know did work for the last 20years. TheMule! -- mule -

here were worried about when logitech announced to buy slimdevices. Sad story... Going to return my radio now... "Alarm clock needs a full checkup soon. I need to complete my priority 1 tasks for SB Touch release first then will be addressing alarm issues..."

priority (since releasing 7.4.1). And I also can't loose the feeling that the recognition problems with the headphone jack of the controller and the sb radio are hardware related or per design faulty! Otherwise this small bug should have been resolved

I do hear this noise too, but only if i hold my ears less then 10 cm near the speaker. So it is impossible for me to hear anything when lying on the bed and therefore it is no problem for me at all. To answer your question: Yes this noise seems to be normal for the Radios. TheMule! -- mule

There is no problem connecting to MYSB.COM as the radio is downloading the "new" fw 7790 from MYSB.com. I can also see the radio on MYSB.COM as a player. The router I'm using is always using fixed IPs in DHCP mode. I have to lease them manually (if wanted). TheM

Thanks for trying to help! But the problem also accours after rolling back to the original firmware, booting to the setup and after that plugging the power cord (without previously doing any setup steps). TheMule! -- mule

Yes this happens also if i stop squeezeserver and even if i shut off my whole network. What's also interesting is that when it boots and comes up with these issue is, that there is no jingle being played when the display shows "free your music" while booting! TheM

buttons on the radio there is no reaction at all(besides a short beep). I also tried to use a remote from my sb3 with the same result. Any idea (beside sending it back to logitech)? How can i revert to an old firmware? TheMule! -- mule
