I made a plastic plug that matched the Airtronics servos I used to use. Greased the plug and set it into a thick mess of epoxy and microbaloons. Wait for the epoxy to cure, yank the plug, pop in the servo using wood shavings to insure immobility. Worked great. If you do this, don't forget to
