I made a plastic plug that matched the Airtronics servos I used to use.
Greased the plug and set it into a thick mess of epoxy and microbaloons.
Wait for the epoxy to cure, yank the plug, pop in the servo using wood
shavings to insure immobility.
Worked great.
If you do this, don't forget to
Buy outright or copy and return. Your pleasure.

Hi Bill,
Nice post.
Regarding line stretch: Have you ever launched with monofilament line on
the drum? If not, I suggest you do so. Winch launching will never be
the same. As a small bonus, you can use a shorter winch to turnaround
distance.

My MH32 Addiction doesn't do as well as my MH 32 Escape.
Weight?? Mebbe.
The response to droop camber is the same (vy little) but the Escape
would scoot when reflexed.
Go figure.
Anyone got an extra set of Escape wings they'd like to part with?

It seems to me that if there's no spar in the center section, and you're
poo-pooing the root/sub rib method you might want to try continuing the
CF sheeting out and making a sleeve for the outer section. Tricky
molding but I'm sure it can be done.
