around 1 to 2 seconds delay which means that the PPS signal is not used. Very
few hits on Google suggest that this is normal. However the ones I do find

This line needs to be added in the kernel config:
options COM_MULTIPORT # Code for some cards with shared IRQs.
After this, it works with the new kernel (7.3).
