Weirdness in Outlook 2010 under Windows-7 and going to "my documents"

Manufactorers use sysprep that is a tool to configure machines to start with the oobe or as it's called out of box experience. They use one reference machine, install all updates and drivers for that model, then use sysprep so when you boot it up, it will be at a setup screen. - Original Me

WE 9.2 Crashes

Ocasionally, Window-eyes crashes while in Word 2010 when a Window-Eyes restart is initiated via Ctrl+Alt+W. I issue that command when Window-Eyes no longer reads styles correctly. A continuous high-pitched squeal is emitted and a power off is needed to recover. Peter Duran _
