This is the reply from Nuforce support:
Dear Customer,
Yes, the DAC-9 supports USB audio class 2. Anything greater than 96kHz

Now that Logitech is no longer developing or selling the Squeezebox
line, including Touch --- does this mean this code development is done
too? Did you have plans for any further enhancements, that are now

I can confirm EDO is working with an Audio-Gd 15.1 (TE8802L chip)
DAC/headphone amp using Kernel#11, thank you Triode for that!
I then reset the Touch to factory defaults and applied the original
kernel to try with my second DAC the Nuforce DAC-9. I repeated the setup
steps like with the 15.1, ex
I've had mine for 2 years (since the SB Touch was released). I've used
it regularly, but turn off the power to the entire rig when not in use.
I know this is a controversial topic. Some people say the turn on/off
cycles are hard on electronics, but I am not sure if it is the case with
the Touuch.

Is the touch firmware in open source so one can mess with it? So there

Good idea with a powered hub, the Touch may have under performed if the
HD used a lot of power from Touch's internal 5v .
I don't know the exact design here and what it can tolerate however many
external drives takes more amps than they should if they followed the
USB specs :-/

Hi Triode,
I just got this battery powered Legato II. The USB side is running
StreamLength USB code by Gordon Rankin.
It works great with EDO, but in order for it to go into charging mode
when not playing music, SBT must tell it that music is not streaming.
Or if USB power is cut, that would k
