yesterday. I realize that either I have forgotten some things, or there have

When people call me my cell phone automatically goes to voice mail. It
does not ring at all. And yes, I know the difference between Ring Mode and
Silent Mode and my phone is most definitely in the former. What other
settings could cause this behavior? Thank you.
