I've given feedback to Apple before about the 30 second (explitive) but it will
take a lot more feedback to get
What I would do is go to settings as soon as you get voiceover turned on, Then
display and brightness and that’s where you can change the sleeptime and you
can’t change it yesterday as a default to 30 but you can change it easy
