Hi again Stephen, When you Reset Safari... from the Safari menu bar, check all the options. You could also test the plist files. If your issue is specific to a single function of Safari, remove the related plist file (found in: MacintoshHD Users username Library Safari). Drag the plist

You're welcome Stephen, There is nothing wrong with the Safari Application, there is nothing wrong with the other two users on the Mac. There is only a problem in the Son's Safari / or Account. I did mention previously, that because of Parental Controls he is probably not allowed to install
