Hi Vlad, This does not surprise me ;-) Have you been able to update the firmware using a Windows machine? It would help if you can update the firmware. If you have not updated the firmware yet, make sure you read the 3G21WB Firmware Upgrade Instructions located here with the firmware.

Ronni, I have not tried to update using a Windows machine. I'd given up up using Windows machines a few years ago [because I could ;-) ]. However, I tried using my old copy of Parallels (v5.0.9 etc) with Windows 98 SE. I followed the instructions as far as I was able. After getting the msg

Hi people, I should clarify my previous comment before I have the Bigpond 'speed police' contacting me :) My comment referred mainly to Bigpond ADSL more than 3G. If you can't get ADSL in your area and have to use 3G; Telstra 3G Network 4G Network is the best available for coverage and speed.
