that song kick out the jams is awsome when they are playing it live. it is just too bad they couldn't hold it together longer then they did. it think they may be almost as good as Grand Funk Railroad. Nowhere near as good as the Stooges though. jeff > -Original Message- > From: Frederic Madre [SMTP:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: Friday, January 18, 2002 1:18 AM > To: 313@hyperreal.org > Subject: RE: [313] throbbing gristle LP > > > Something tells me we're not in Detroit anymore ... > > yeah, let's talk about the MC5 > brothers and sisters, > f. > > > - > To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Yeah, this is a good record. I play Hot On The Heels Of Love every so often on the show. You can really tell where Ersatz borrowed some of their ideas from. I still need to get a cd copy of Second Annual Report if for no other reason to have a copy of United on disc. The TG stuff has been reissued for awhile on cd, through the Mute: Gray Area series. DOA, and Heathen Earth are good too. One thing I do need to get my hands on is Wreckers Of Civilization. It is a telephone book sized Coum Transmissions/TG bio.
