how *I* remember it, NO u.s. distributors were carrying them. not watts.
not syntax. not nemesis. none of them.

we (record time, late 90's) always got our sales copies via hardwax. and i
was always told that was the ONLY way to get them, because thats how

hardwax wanted it.

and as far as i know, theyve been out of print for quite some time.

if they arent out of print, spend some money at hardwax. theyre a great
store and more than deserving of your support. even if i
costs you a few extra bucks. the records in question (MMM 1 2,
errorsmith 1 2, soundstream, smith hack LP, etc) are worth 3 times
what youre going to get charged anyhow.

derek.

they used to be distributed in the states. i bought all my sound hack
records at temple records in new york. i'm thought they would

have come

through watts. but i guess it could have been from prime in the uk.

i know they used to be, i just dont think anyone is stocking them
now. which seems so wrong on so many levels. i dont remember the
prime stickers being on any of my friends' copies. maybe it was
nemesis? though that doesnt exactly make sense either.

yeah i guess at that time the local techno shop was doing hardwax
orders, that must have been where they came from.

just got fresh copies of all of them last summer, i think theyre
always in print just like the basic channel/rhythm and sound stuff.

i remember almost buying an album a couple of years ago. the reason why i
didn't buy it was the pressing was cr*p. i think it's this one
http://www.discogs.com/release/68450
music was good but the vinyl was so thin and the grooves on the record were
so fine and packed tightly together that it skipped. it's too bad cuz i
really like their stuff and i have almost all of their other releases.

Soundhack 03 D EP @ EUR 10,00 | #37597
Soundkit: EP

Soundkit refers to the track characteristics of the eight tunes included
here. Every track is carefully arranged with all its edits and breaks we all
do love since the first Soundhack has been released. Soundkit extends the
Soundhack toolbox for the skilled DJ and makes the potentials of wild mixing
actions grow exponentialy! Simply a must have!

it sounds very good on a big soundsystem!

it sounds good on all systems. i had to suck it up last summer and
do a hardwax order so i could get all the soundhack/smith n
hack/soundstream joints since they dont seem to be sitting around
at any distros here in america. im not sure how that can be. i
remember watts not even having them in their database which means
they never stocked them. too weird. what excellent records.

i'd guess that'd be easier to find in the states at least
