Re: [AI] Strict actions against Paytm

2018-09-21 Thread Sunil Sangtani.
In one of his interview, the paytm CEO says that he manage his twitter himself.
So write smartly, maybe he’ll notice?
If it doesn’t works, the legal action is the only way out.
Also, all the IOS users, start writing your reviews on app store so
that you can built a pressure because you can’t go to the legal way
either unless you've not made sufficient evidences.

Re: [AI] FW: Inaccessibility of the Union Bank Internet Website

2018-09-21 Thread Kotian, H P
Hi
If that is the case, all other Banks who are on FEBA (Finacle
Should also have similar problems. What is the scene with other Banks on this
product?

In the interim, would they be providing access to the old portal or do they
expect, that you should suspend Banking for this period?

I think, based on the response to the first query, you can get back to your
Bank with the next bout.

Harish.

What is meant by health policy? can we claim exempt for the premium we pay
towards health insurance as we were doing before or not?

Gupta jee- the concern has reached straight to Mr. Sharma long back, and he had
assured to do the needful.

Legally as well, they have time till June 2019 to comply with WCAG for their
website. For mobile apps, first get the government to issue the standards, then
we will talk of compliance.

At this stage, the only option is to keep engaging with the management.

Hi Avee,

In case of Ola, we were fortunate to have someone who could empathise
with us. I am not sure whom we could reach out to in PayTM. I had been
following up with them for quite sometime and the last response that I
received from them is as follows. I had told them about the issues
that IOS and Android VI users were facing with their app.

Dear Customer,

This is with reference to your query raised regarding Talk-back
feature with Paytm app.

At the moment, this feature is not available. We cannot comment on
the future development but we will keep your suggestion. We appreciate
for your valuable feedback.

If you have any other queries, please reach out to us.

 Regards,
 Paytm Grievance Officer

Thanks,
Balaji

Dear Friend,

As per the budget for financial year 2018-19, salaried VI employees
cannot
claim deduction for medical reimbursement. Instead of this deduction,
they
can claim a standard deduction of Rs. 40,000/-.

The deduction for conveyance allowance of Rs. 38,400/- will continue as
in
previous years. For details, kindly refer Sr. No. 11 in rule 2BB of the
Income-tax rules.

Hi, I too need the same...

In this year's budget speech the finance minister introduced standard

However, in the later news items it was said that in case of V I

continue like previous years.

Is there any circular regarding this?

Kindly share the same if there are one.

Thanks and regards.

Subject: Meeting with employees of state government .
To: Balaji Varadarajan

Dear All,

Greetings from NFB Karnataka

As National Federation of the Blind has been ever committed and engaged for
such composit development of our visually challenged brothers and sisters
that eliminate their backwardness, unemployment, illiteracy and social
exclusion.

We always strive to ensure that every visually impaired person of the state
be prosporus and to lead a life of dignity and self respect.

The emergence of the modern technology and recognition to human rights of
person with disability to be employed, have opened various new avenues of
employment for our visually challenged brothers and sisters.

This is the reason that a large number of visually challenged individuals
have been placed in various jobs of state government such as first
divisional assistant, second divisional assistant, panchayat development
officer, Panchayat secretary, receptionist, typist, stenographer and so on.
But as we are receiving in numerous complaints from our newly appointed
V.I. brothers and sisters in above mentioned jobs of state government
shows that they have been appointed in their respective jobs as per legal
obligation of the state government otherwise in many cases, the concerned
employers and colleagues of our V.I. brothers and sisters are not accepting
them by heart.

Many reasons may be behind this such as lack of awareness about the
functional ability of visually impaired person as a employ prejudice
attitude, lack of reasonable accommodation, in adequate infrastructure at
workplace, etc.

We have come to know that in such a negative environment, our newly
appointed V.I. peers have to face many challenges in finding the suitable
job responsibilities, assistive devices, barrier free environment at
workplace and post employment training, etc.

Keeping all this in view National Federation of the Blind has decided to
hold a meeting with all such employees of state government in order to
understand their various problems and to device a comprehensive action plan
for their effective solution.

We therefore extend and open invitation to all visually challenged employees
of the state government particularly those who are in above mentioned jobs
to participate in this consultation meeting

Date & Time : 10.30 AM on 2nd October 2018 Tuesday

Venue: principal office of the National Federation of the Blind Karnataka
