now what i found is when complaining on twitter, we should not talk
about our impairments this causes the company to ignore or respond
slowly.
only talk about it if its required in that mattery such as some
accessibility complaint or so on.

Yes, in bangalore 1 and a half year back, one driver cancelled the
trip, then he came there and took as normal trip saying ola is
deducting from his payment and giving very few and i am charged
cancellation charges Rs 50 also which wont happen with uber. we can
lodge complaint through app only for which no remedy yet and i stopped
using OLA.

In Bangalore also, OLA services are not good.
We are facing a lot of issues in taking up a ride with OLA.
Automatic deduction of amount is happening quite often.
There is no customer support team to look after the issue.
If it is so, How to step up with OLA.
IF anybody have the customer care number or mail which will be 
responding then please provide the same. It will be helpful for us in 
critical cases.
