Re: [AI] : A major breakthrough - appointment of totally blind person in IDBI Bank
Hi, This is indeed a great achievement. Well done NAB, Bombay!!! And here's wishing Jeevan all the very best for his future. -- On Wed 20 Nov, 2013 11:07 PM IST NAB - Department of Employment wrote: To, The Access India Members Dear All, It gives us great pleasure in sharing this important information which will help you all in near future. Mr Jeevan Chavan after clearing written and oral interviews from IBPS 2 had opted for IDBI Bank for posting. Oh yah, It’s surprising that IDBI didn’t take a cognizance of person who performed and reached of a level of a GM. Surprising indeed. But, it's been while since sir has retired from the organisation. Re: [AI] A major breakthrough - appointment of totally blind person in IDBI Bank
Fortunately, I'm told that the recently issued list of identified jobs does include bank P O for blind. So, no organisation can repeat what IDBI has done. In any case, what moral stand has IDBI taken by denying the job of P O to a blind person when the bank had Mr. Ramkrishna working as high as GM in the past? Very good work. However, it is a shame that IDBI bank where Mr. K. Ramakrishna who is incidentally general secretary of NAB also. worked as GM being totally blind, should adopt such attitude...
