 Hi,
I switch from googleads-php-lib to google-ads-php and so I solved the

Error: QuotaCheckError.INVALID_TOKEN_HEADER @ ; trigger:'New developers must use the Google Ads API.'

2021-05-11 Thread Roberto S

Hi,
I use AdGroupCriterionService for 'query' and 'mutate' operations.
When I use 'query' operation everything works correctly but when I try
to mutate some criteria the api returns:
*QuotaCheckError.INVALID_TOKEN_HEADER @ ; trigger:'New developers must use
the Google Ads API.'*

I am using *googleads-php-lib* (
https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib),
this means that instead I have to use *google-ads-php* ?

Thanks,
Roberto

Hi Gennaro,
yes I found a solution, I implemented it using googleads-php-lib for PHP
and using AdGroupCriterionService class as suggested by Anthony.

I would like to be able to enable or disable each URL through API.

Re: Testing Adwords API requires a true account?

2020-04-24 Thread Roberto
I've not understanded clearly.
We want to test MAXIMIZE_CONVERSIONS with campaign/etc. generated by the
API. and putting GlobalSiteTag, GoogleEventSnippet in out website.
I've read that test accounts don't serve impressions, so i must use a real
production account with real money to test all?

Thanks!

Connecting with a specific clientCustomerId

2020-01-24 Thread Roberto
Hi, I'm using API to connect with api.properties that has data for MCC
account,
i want to create a session for a managed clientCustomerId to add campaigns
etc.
What call i should use without changing ads.properties,
where i put clientCustomerId into the:

   Credential oAuth2Credential = new OfflineCredentials.Builder()
  .forApi(Api.ADWORDS)

  .fromFile()

  .build()

  .generateCredential();

or is another metod to call?

thanks,
Roberto

TARGET_CPA: example of conversion sign up tracking

2019-12-13 Thread Roberto

Hi,

Our website allows our different customers to create events in which people
can sign up.

We are interested in TARGET_CPA, and in particular by using it when a
person signs up to an event.

Every event is on a different customer, so the Ad is on a different Adwords
account (created with the API).

We have watched to Adwords API Examples in java but have found only
AddConversionTrackers.java with something similar to what we are trying to
implement. Can you point us to a more complete example of conversion sign
up tracking? Or point us to the right API calls to do this kind of tracking?

thanks
Roberto.

Re: Adwords PHP API Web Application problem

2016-01-20 Thread roberto . smith
Hi Yin.

I've set the scope this way:

$client->addScope("https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords";);

But then I need to access the Adwords Service.

The youtube and drive examples use:

$client->addScope("https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube";);
$client->addScope("https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive";);

And then, for the services:

$yt_service = new Google_Service_YouTube($client);
$dr_service = new Google_Service_Drive($client);

So I tried with:

$aw_service = new Google_Service_Adwords($client);

And then php fails. I don't know if Adwords Service have another name...

Re: Adwords PHP API Web Application problem

2016-01-20 Thread roberto . smith
Hi Yin, thanks for your answer.

I had followed the link. In the example this line appears:

$drive_service = new Google_Service_Drive($client);

But there is no *Google_Service_Adwords*, so I can't use Adword API. If I
put *Google_Service_Adwords* on the code, the script fails.

I've searched the forum and have not found anyone who has managed to use
the APIs Adwors with auth2 in a Web App.

Any help is appreciated.

Adwords PHP API Web Application problem

2016-01-20 Thread roberto . smith
Hi.

I want to create a Web application in php to manage the Adwords account in
my digital agency.
I downloaded "The Google Ads API PHP Client Library" from
https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib.
I created a Web application and configured the application except the
"refresh_token" parameter. According to the instructions, to get it, I have
to run the GetRefreshToken.php script from the command line. I Run the
script and the link that I got back is only good for "Installed
application", but not for "Web Applications" (the same issue has been
mentioned in Making first request problem - can not get refresh token.
<https://groups.google.com/forum/?hl=es#!searchin/adwords-api/adwords$20api$20web$20application|sort:date/adwords-api/URhiFw9CHbg/WzFQL4NCEgAJ>
 )

"The redirect URI in the request: urn:ietf:wg:oauth:2.0:oob can only be
used by a Client ID for native application. It is not allowed for the
'WEB' client type. You can create a Client ID for native
application in the Credentials section of the Google Developers Console."

I also tried installing "Google APIs Client Library for PHP"
(https://github.com/google/google-api-php-client/tree/v1-master), and it
worked for services like Youtube or Drive:

$client-> addScope ("https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive";);
$client-> addScope ("https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube";);
$dr_service = new Google_Service_Drive($client);
$dt_service = new Google_Service_Youtube($client);

But there is no "Google_Service_Adwords".

Moreover, in the "Google Developers Console" page, in the part where the
available API for applications are selected, "Adwords" does not appear.

Using the "APIs Discovery Service v1"
(https://developers.google.com/apis-explorer/#p/discovery/v1/discovery.apis.list),

when I asked for Adwords, did not show any results.

After these tests, I concluded that perhaps there is no PHP AdWords API for
web applications and would like to confirm with you whether it is possible
or not and, if possible, what is the right way to do it.

Thanks for your assistance on this.

Roberto

Re: How to get "Exact" match keyword result while using TargetingIdeaService (v201402)?

2016-01-12 Thread roberto . malcotti
Dear Vishal,

I got it.

I am using Java but I think for PHP is similar.

When you set the selector,

selector.setRequestType(RequestType.STATS);

if you put .STATS you get the info for the specific keyword.

if you put .IDEAS you get the related keywords.

Hope this can help!

Dear Ray,

here the screenshot, i am using the java api and the example
getKeywordIdeas.

As you can see the script returns just related keywords, but not the
specific keyword.

Do you know how can I modify the code in order to get the precise
information?

Thank you so much.

Update an individual budget for a specific campaign

2016-01-08 Thread roberto . malcotti
Dear All,

I am quite new with the AdWords API. I have the need to update the budget
for a list of campaigns. I have to assign a new individual budget, removing
the previous shared budget.

Up to now I tried to follow the instructions present
here, https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/budgets, but
without results.

In the row 70 of my code, i correctly see the new budget, but on the
AdWords platform I cannot see the result.

I have to change the budget for more than 2000 campaigns, can someone tell
me where and why my code does not work?

Many many thanks.

Roberto

PS: In the code i iterate trough all the campaigns, because at the moment I
am not able to select a campaign by name...

Getting campaign budget spent for a single day

2012-04-24 Thread roberto
I have been trying to calculate the campaign budget spent at the end of the
day, it is my understanding that Google updates campaign budget cost at
04:00 or sometimes around that hour and I would like to know for each day
how much budget was spent but I'm not sure I understand how data is
represented.
Getting campaign data via the API can give me the initial budget via
campaign->budget and get 'cost' via campaign->campaignStats->cost but I'm
still failing to see how cost is calculated for a given time period, would
cost be the entire campaign cost for the time it has been running or does
it reset each day and when Google updates the cost represents the cost for
the budget time period (DAILY or MONTHLY) ?

I cannot test this using real numbers since I'm currently working on the
sandbox so I'm asking for your help.

Re-initializing a sandbox account

2012-03-04 Thread roberto
I have recently encountered an error where all my client_x accounts that
were created upon the first initialization process have been mysteriously
removed.
I wish to somehow re-initialize my sandbox account to get them re-created
but I can't seem to find any reference to this process?

Please understand that I have already initialized it in the past (via the
call to CampaignService)

Error while trying to set campaign language targeting

2011-11-29 Thread roberto
I'll try to keep it short, I am trying to set the campaign's language
targeting criterion via the CamapignCriterionService in v201109.
My soap request looks like this:

SET

XX

en
1000
LANGUAGE

Language

I am getting this in response:
[RequiredError.REQUIRED @ operations[0].operand.campaignId,
RequiredError.REQUIRED @ operations[0].operand.criterion,
OperatorError.OPERATOR_NOT_SUPPORTED @ operations[0]]
