Google Ads API Standard Access Application - Urgent Assistance Required

Hello,

I'm reaching out to this community after facing a significant challenge 
with our Google Ads API Standard Access Application. We initially submitted 
our application on December 13, 2023, and after not receiving any response 
or updates for two weeks, we submitted an inquiry case. Now, almost four 
months later, we still have not received any feedback, case number, or 
indication of the application's status. We rely heavily on the Google Ads 
API and hitting the rate limits daily. This issue is not just an 
inconvenience; it is a substantial barrier to providing our essential 
services, as we are throttled frequently due to rate limits. 

Here are the details of our application and attempts to reach out:

   - Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) ID: 723-835-9805
   - Access level (current): Basic
   - Access level (requested): Standard
   - Initial Application Submission: December 13, 2023
   - Case ID: None provided (as we have not received any response)

We have attempted to reach out to the Google Ads API support team multiple 
times, hoping for an update or any form of communication regarding our 
application status, but to no avail.

We are seeking assistance from the community or a Google representative to 
help escalate our case and provide guidance on achieving Standard Access of 
the Google Ads API as soon as possible.

I have, over four weeks ago, filled out the request form 
(https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/standard_token_application) 
for our Google Ads API Access level to be upgraded to "Standard Access" for 
our MCC ID: 995-044-7151 .

But I have not yet received a response yet on the access level application 
(while the indicated response time is 3 business days), can you let me know 
what the status is?

same issue here. We submitted the Google Ads API developer token Standard 
Access application approx. 2-3 weeks ago and also contacted Google Ads API 
Compliance team via form last week:

   - Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) ID:   568-148-9842
   - Access level: Standard access requested
   - Case ID: Never received any case id

2 WEEKS NO RESPONSE on Google Ads API Standard Access Token

Hello,

I submitted the Google Ads API developer token Standard Access application 
on Oct 18, 2023 and it has been 2 weeks since then that I haven't received 
any response from Google Team.

I have also filled in the form to contact Google Ads API Compliance team 
but still no response

   - Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) ID:  947-167-4135
   - Access level: Standard access requested
   - Case ID: Never received any case id

Currrently we are using the Basic access Developer token but always run 
into RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED error because we need higher limits. I would really 
appreciate if you could look into my case and let me know when I can expect 
to hear back from Google.

We have sent in our application to upgrade this to standard access four 
weeks ago and haven't heard back yet. Wondering if we could have someone 
look at it.

We did not receive a case ID when we applied.

I've not received any case id. When I've applied for the standard access

Applied for Google Ads Api Standard access but have not received any confirmation

Hi

We've applied for standard access but received basic access. Actually we 
need standard access for our work.

MCC Id = 426-019-7545

We've received approval for basic access after 40 days and after receiving 
basic access our work is still not started. We've applied for standard 
access and also created a ticket on compliance team email but didn't 
received any unique id or confirmation. 

Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Please advise 
if additional information is needed.
