Ethernet Services/service points won’t help if operational status is down. Admin up = you’ve enabled the port. Operational down = no ethernet link. Check to make sure you’re receiving light at router/switch. Does that end show an ethernet link? I always thought they were overly complicated. If it's a new unit, tech support will help you set it up.
