perfect setup but I didn't think to ask what they were, doh.

a tower run?  Our improvised methods need updating, and my google-fu
is weak and I'm only finding either junk or stuff that's way too
expensive.   Think a pair of jack stands with a rod between them but

We made a stand from unistrut and pipe.  Adjustable for different size
spools ...from LMR 400 to large Heliax spools.  We used earth anchors to
keep it from falling.  We also had wooden ones for 1000 ft rolls of guyed
wire...electrical houses carry the attachments and bracelets for C channel/
unistrut
