However, the borders in the HTML will never line up as they do in the document which is the problem. After discussion on the Italian mailing lists, the unanimous opinion is that the
current translation for "icon", i.e., "simbolo", which also affects the
translation of "toolbar" as "barra dei simboli", must be improved to conform
with the terminology historically used by competitors and now radicated in our
language.
So:
* "icon" should not be translated as "simbolo", but as "icona";
* "toolbar" should not be translated as "barra dei simboli", but as "barra degli
strumenti".
The impact is quite large, so the following workflow is recommended to reduce
conflicts:
1) Replace "barra dei simboli" with "barra degli strumenti"
2) Replace "barre dei simboli" with "barre degli strumenti" (plural)
3) Replace "simbolo" with "icona"
4) Replace "simboli" with "icone" (plural)
Both 3 and 4 are tricky: "un simbolo" must become "un'icona", "il simbolo" must
become "l'icona" and a lot of small adjustments will be necessary.
The Italian team can help with revision during the next l10n TCM testing if
needed.

(Leaving aside, that this terms of use are not consistent with at least German law) To be honest, I see no "correct" way to heal the missing license.
