Vocals can be eliminated completely only if it was panned in the center channel (or any one particular channel for that matter). There are lot of ARR songs, where the vocals pan through different channels which makes it more difficult. Moreover there are effects like reverb whose purpose is to spread thesound across the spectrum, making it more difficult to extract. It is like trying to remove egg from a chocolate cake after it is made. (Analogy shamelessly stolen from some body else). So if the vocals were recorded on a seperate channel (which probably was the case with people ripping pieces from DVD's), then it is easy.Coming to your question, there should be a tool called "Channel convertor" under "Process". Ghajini's number: Oru maalai... was used for the promos of the film The Bourne Identity. Even in reality, Ghajini is heavily inspired from this movie. Dil Se title track for the promo of the film: The Spy Game starring Tom Cruise and some popular actress was used to great effect. The movie scenes they showed were similar to the song sequences. There is great problem downloading from there. it does not support download accelators.sometimes it says ur IP is already downloading this file, u will have to try later. why dont u just attach in ur mail, instead of attaching in rapidshare. Dont know if LOTR CD or DVD will release as Audio version. 2. Godfather (T) - This is definitely on. I even saw a poster in a shop off Ritchie Street, Chennai. It was written: Next Month Release. 3. Sivaji (T) - Dir: Shankar, Stars: The Superstar RAJINI and Shriya. 4. Taj Mahal - It was supposed to be India's first IMax film. Donno what's happening. Ash was roped in for playing the Mumtaz character. 5. Water - The music, at least, should release shortly. So what is the final number of tracks in it? Is it those mp3s which were downloaded from the site, or are there several more as per cd list? 6. A/C and Puli - Simbu and Vijay respectively will star in these movies, both directed by S. J. Surya. No detais yet...but will be made, coz the dir has given 3 super hits in a row! 7. (Okay, 8 it is) Buddha and The Golden Age - by Shekhar Kapur. I hope he is not talking about the Vijay TV promos for the film they aired: The Postman Fights Back. You know these guys use popular Tamil songs or BGMs to great effect for their promos. I will give you two more popular examples... Ghajini's number: Oru maalai... was used for the promos of the film The Bourne Identity. Even in reality, Ghajini is heavily inspired from this movie. Dil Se title track for the promo of the film: The Spy Game starring Tom Cruise and some popular actress was used to great effect. The movie scenes they showed were similar to the song sequences. Hello to all Rahmaniacs, Well i really appreciate that this idea is again getting some thrust and the idea of pooling money into the common account was again a brilliant one.just to take this forward the design made by ram is a sexy one and u really deserve kudos dude. for the ones who have not yet seen the design plz have a look in the group website in the files section. ram has created a folder named t-shirts and there u can find those amazing designs.the back of the tshirt i wd prefer the way it has been designed as saved in back1.jpg file.Ram gr8 work again and seeing the designs i really feel the urge to wear it as soon as poss. well i stay in lucknow and i do not know how u will get this delivered to this place. maybe some gr8 idea will crop up.well regarding the making of t-shirt our institute gives t-shirt orders to big companies like indigo nation and adidas and since all of them are bulk orders(say like 400-500) the cost also comes down drastically. i am sure with such a huge group as ours we can definitely approach some big companies to get a better quality t-shirt.well i wd hv definitely liked to help but since i am in lucknow i do not know how to operationalise the whole thing. I think aravind can look into this matter as he is in IIMB and most of the fans are concentrated in the south.if i can be of any help plz guys suggest me some ways so that i can take the initiaitive given the locational constraint.but it is my earnest request to one and all finalise it on ram's design and get this project moving.
