Maybe u'd like to try this: http://www.navodayavision.com/arrfans/Bombay%20BGMs/Bombay_BGM.rar They are not very high quality as AJ's & Wasim's coz the original soundtrack was not very high quality despite being original DVD & plus it was just a stereo. So can't remove the dialogs either. The unit members broke a Poosnikai the traditional way to complete a film. Now what remains is mixing and other technical work which will take only a week for the first copy to be ready. Ravikumar who has gone to US for some preliminary work of his next film Dasavatharam is expected to be back in Chennai by May 15. Says Balasubramaniam Mannadiyar who holds the satellite and Coimbatore rights of the film: "I saw some rushes of the film and it has all the makings of a super hit. Ajit is amazing in a triple role and we are trying our best to release the film by June 9". Meanwhile NIC Arts Chakravarthy the producer of Godfather is also trying to start his long pending film AC with S.J.Suryah and Silambarasan before the release of Godfather. They then showed a snippet of prabhu chawla's interview with JavedAkhtar, in which he said that ARR was a very complex composer and thatwriting lyrics for him and fitting the right words into his songstructure was the toughest part for any lyricist...he then ended bysaying that if a lyricist can write lyrics for ARR, then he can writefor anybody (a huge compliment!).Then they proceeded to show clips of ARR's movies, starting with RDBand then proceeding onto Roja, Bombay, Rangeela, Dil Se, and Zubeidaa.They also showed some very nice clips of ARR performing on stage(singing Piya Haji Ali) and also showed clips of Vande Mataram andsaid that apart from the previous mentioned albums, Vande Mataram andJana Gana Mana also set records in terms of sales.Then they went on to talk about ARR's past (something we're all toofamiliar with by now!!). They talked about how since the beginning,ARR was interested in music and how he learnt to play the piano at avery young age. They then talked about ARR's association withIllayaraja and how after the Titan watch jingle, Mani sir chose himfor Roja and how it went on to become a super hit with ARR becoming ahousehold name. They also briefly talked about how Lataji and ARR havea great admiration for each other and that ARR was responsible forgiving Lataji more fame with Jiya Jale.They then ended the show by comparing ARR with the great composers ofyesteryears like RD Burman, Naushad saab (who sadly passed away), andOP Nayyar and said that ARR, like the afore mentioned composers, is ina league of his own who created a unique sound and created a standardto which no one can be compared too.All in all, it was 30 mins of sheer bliss and I was so proud at theend of it all! Currently Kamma Kaariylie is no.1(At last) after many weeks the dumb "meenu" song dropped to no.2.For Singaporeans the radio is the only exposure for A.R.R songs.The only way to make sales for ARR is tat his songs be at the top 5.Ah Aah, had all the 5 songs at the top but it didnt sustain cos of the hero!! But i think everyone loves Ajith and i really hope the music and Ajith help each other out to emerge as winners. By the way anyone know when the movie will releasin! 1 can't wait for the BGMs of GF!
