YES I Watched SIVAJI the first day in the so called night show which was ultimately made as second day early morning show… the show time was 10… but ultimately it started by 11 45 due to heavy crowd and traffic jam… Now to the movie…!!! It's on and on a full length masala movie with all the needed ingredients… if you are looking for comedy yes it is there… romance yes there… action there… graphics yes there… sentiment there… name any genre, you will see that in the movie... with a bit a boring element too and of course another bit of KARUTHU(message) in it… When the movie started with the AVM traditional music… the whole theatre was on its feet… then came the newly polished superstar's name… in a new style… there again I could hear nothing but shouts, yells, growls and whistles… I think it had some music… The first half of the movie is packed fully with comedy, love and bit of story… it is towards the interval the story gets started and from there on it moves at a good pace with small breaks in between… the movie revolves around Rajni and nothing but Rajni… with good supporting performance by SUMAN, Vivek and others… But unfortunately I couldn't see much of Shanker's touch in the movie except for the song and fight sequences… I felt he has compromised a lot for the Brand Rajni and style… but of course as I said to nullify the same, you have the song sequences… Wow…!!! Wow…!!! Wow…!!! It is worth watching the movie just for the ATHIRADEE song… the art work in SAHANA… Rajni's hair style in VAAJI VAAJI… and again Rajni's style and HAIR Style in ORU KOODAI SUNLIGHT… its just ineffable… I was really satisfied that the whooping ticket amount which was sold to me for twice the actual rate in the counter is worth even more than that… HATS OFF TO SHANKER FOR SHOWING ALTOGETHER A DIFFERENT RAJNI… I don't think i should review the music here... cos it goes without saying that ARR rocks... and re recording... its impossible to hear any music on the first day so i m sure i will watch the movie again only then can talk about that... But time and again he proves in all movies (barring ANNIYAN) that he is really very bad in designing the climax… I don't get why Shanker is so obsessed about the MATRIX FILM AND ITS STUNT SEQUENCE… But whatever it is it was an outright enjoyment watching the movie… May be I think the movie would have appeared much better without all these hypes and gizmos by the media and esp these 24x7 NEWS CHANNELS… In all SIVAJI ROCKS with a bit a jarring noise… with regards Karthikeyamurthy.J

In the wake of a near nationwide craze for the southern superstar, Soundarrya, the daughter of Rajinikant, has announced the first full length animation film on her father, which will make him the first Indian star to be thus portrayed. We're completing Sultan: The Warrior, in a record 14 months. It'd be full of Rajni mannerisms and punch lines for which my father is known and loved, Soundarya told TOI. The film will be released by the end of 2008. Rajni will appear as a mythological, large-than-life hero in this gripping action adventure film. Sultan targets adults and kids alike and will be launched in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, English and Japanese. June 15, 2007 [Sultan] The trailer of Sultan, the Warrior, an animated film scheduled to run for three minutes and directed by Saundarya Rajnikanth will be shown during the screening of Sivaji. This film has Rajnikanth in an animated form and is the first of its kind. Sultan, the Warrior is being produced on behalf of Ochre studios run by Saundarya. Besides Tamil, the film will be launched in Telugu, Hindi and English which is again a unique feat for an animated film. Sultan will have the usual entertainment factors of any Rajini film like the punch dialogues and racy stunt scenes in a stylish manner. Guys, Whats the response on the Movie SIVAJI?Most of the websites have reported positive reviews , but what is the reaction of the FANS?Some people say , the movie carries mixed reports. They say, comeday , songs and Mottai rajini scene(climax) are the highlights of the movie while Editing , Rajini Intro , Punch Dialogues (Not Much) and Fight sequences along with the plot are a big let down.On the whole , they say movie dusnt live up to its EXPECTATIONS.
