hi all dear fans.yesterday that was the great day when i got DVD of much awaited movie water.i watch it with immence consontration. though the movie was very nice but i m tooo much dishearted because masterpiece music of rahman ji did,nt use well in the movie, the great track piya ho has only second antra and aayo re sakhi somehow done well adjested but not full. i m much frustrated when i hearbangari marori only one bit of mukhda in background,,and then the great song naina neer in much great climax of film but, bull shit when deepa only add its mukhda,,all the remaining song was deleted ,,the song sham rang bher do also added in little pieces. only the song vishnavo janato added fully in the movie. really really,,,alas i m very sorry and big complain to deepa how badly she spoiled the greatest music ever inbollywood cinema history i think. i will boldly rank thisscore not rahman ji best but indian cinema,s best. according to me if she use it completely it never make long the movie nor let viewrs boring but only to enhance the feelings as this music speakes. background score of micheal danna was good but if rahmanji would give it then it will be outstanding. plz do ur comments who hav watch the movie. thnx . wasim Jiyo cricket on Yahoo! VARIETY of the songs and percussions is also another facet of the album.4. really, those who claim the songs are remakes - they have to be whipped off. really guys, u will get such a feel when u hear all these extraordinary compositions. scoring music is a gift that someone has. scoring hit songs is definitely a brilliance. scoring variety in all songs in an intention to satisfy all those fans irrespective of anything everything and to give the songs a great feeling, touch, compositions, percussional touch, the flavor of excellence in a subtle rhythemical sense man, ONLY the musical genius would do it. and of course he did it! how this musical album is different from other musicals of the genius himself.. let me confess with u guys.. when i heard RDB, i knew that songs would definitely appeal to the masses but i thought that "it needs time". ofcourse, it needed time and its a blockbuster now!!! when i heard ah aah aah (anbae aaruyirae).. i was pleased by the intro song sung by the musical genius, attracted towards mayiliragae in third to fourth time of hearing, and then varugirai and maramkothiyae songs entering into senses later. the SPECIALITY of GF remains in the following fact: some part of every song in the album was neatly involved in the trailer and it immediately caught the masses. as i already mentioned there was some elemental memerisation in every song. belive me guys, all the songs (either the pallavi or anupallavi or saranam of the song) were appealing in the first hearing of the songs. i had the feeling that the musical has something great to deliver. result: it delivers than what had ought to do... in other words, BREAK THE BARRIERS of musical extravagance! these r not words but the feel that i get from my heart after hearing GF for almost 50 - 60 times (or may be more). as i type this review, i m hearing the GF songs... (theeyil vizhuntha song sung amazingly by ARR is playing)... THE ALBUM IS GEM OF ITS KIND... hi fans, it ever prooves that whenever a directore give rahman free hand to do a music as he want and better suggest,,in result all time he gives great music as we observe it for mani ratnam,s films and i will deffinitly mention here deepa mehta, she always admire rahman soo much and she gave free hand to rahman for her movies to do whatever he seems better 4 situation,tunes as well as singer selection so thats why we got the masterpieces like FIRE,1947 earth and now much much much awaited WATER. u can observe the quality when rahman was bound to creat music somehow according to director,s desire as i observe it in mangal pandey. anyhow i think directores should always give rahman free hand and big span of time to get extraordinery music. god bless our guru ever ever and ever. bye wasim4rahman Check out Yahoo!
