Yeah - I think you're going to have to have someone on site
to actually see what you're looking at, unless there's someone out there that
built or worked on the system in question.  I don't know how I could help

Ah the joys of user requests...   When our
support team gets a request like this the first thing we always have them do is
to request a screen shot from the user (Alt-PrintScreen will capture the active
window as a picture into the Windows clipboard so it can be pasted into a Word
Document or directly into an email).

About 1/3 of the time we find out that the "Queue" the
user is talking about is nothing more than a user-written macro query
and they didn't put things like ('Status' < "Closed") into their search
parameters.

Mimi,

Could you be using Remedy Service Desk Express?  It’s
another product in the Remedy suite, but completely unrelated to ARS.  In
Service Desk Express (Magic), there is a job queue that can get filled up with
failed executions and poorly written functions.   If this is what you’re
using, there is a yahoo group that is dedicated to that user community; you can
access it by going to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/magicsolutions/.

What queue are you talking about?  Please be more
specific, using Remedy terms where you can.

Hi arslist,

I am requested to clean up the queue in some conditions.  Is this
possible to view the queue and manage it, such as cleaning etc?  If it is
how and where can I access the queue and manage  it.  I don't
seem to find any info about it.

I need your help or ideas pleaseee!

Re: alternative message

Using Javascript: document.getElementById("ARID").title="tooltip
message" - this will work for all data fields but not for "flat" fields
like table, box, line... It will also work for drop down status field but
not for radio button status field.
