Re: Create notification having subject and email body for different tickets

2017-02-24 Thread Misi Mladoniczky
Hi,

Are you using the FLTR/ESCL Notify Action, or are you Pushing data to AR System
Email Messages?

Another common cause would be that you use (display-only) fields in the
notification, that are changed AFTER you Push/Notify Action is executed. This
would change the Notify/Push as these are run in a later filter phase.

Create notification having subject and email body for different tickets

2017-02-24 Thread Kaur
Hello All,

I need help with email notifications.
Though we are using ar system email messages but other intermediate
notification forms are all customized. Not having any other OOTB form.

Some email notifications sent to requester has subject line for different
ticket # and email body for different.
Our exchange outgoing mailbox has correct subject and email body.
This issue is random and happened for different clients.

Could it be related to upgrade from 7.6 to 9.0.1?
Has anyone experienced similar problem?
Please help!

Thanks!

Subject: TRUG:Meeting Announcement - May 5th, 2006 in Austin, TX

For all of you who have been requesting that I get back to having TRUG
meetings, I am excited to announce that we are having a gathering of Texas
Remedy folks in Austin on May 5th, 2006 (Friday) at the Dave and Buster’s in
the Arboretum. We have a great day prepared for you with presentations by our
sponsors Invoq Systems, Above All Software and Adapt LLC. I will be presenting
the CMDB, and have invited another veteran RAC to share his (continuing) real
world experiences with the CMDB including patching up to the latest version.
Other potential topics I have are “Sure Fire Ways to Kill and IT Project (and
how to avoid them)” based upon many years of “experiences” in both Public and
Private sector at various clients in addition to an “ITIL Primer”. Those in
attendance will get to decide what presentations we have and make additional
discussion topic suggestions for the group. There is wireless access
throughout the facility so bring your laptop and connect (Tell your boss you
won’t miss an SLA, or better yet bring them and let them hear how to solve the
questions they keep asking you!).

Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors we will start the day will start with
pastries and refreshments at 0830, meeting to commence at 0900, have a full hot
buffet lunch from 1230-1330, and afternoon snacks ending at around 4 PM (but I
know how you all like to stay around and share). If you have not been to one
of these full day affairs, you are in for a treat. There is no cost to attend
this meeting but you must register to attend so please RSVP at the link
provided on
http://www.bullcreek.com/bcd_pages/user_groups.htm
under “Register Here” - (yes we do use the Remedy Mid-tier and AR System so
you may need to enable cookies temporarily). All current Remedy Users,
Administrators, Managers, and Executive IT Staff are invited as well as anyone
with interest in the AR System and its integrations.

We are expecting a full house with the inevitable discussions about the CMDB,
AR System 7 and ITSM 7 and giving stuff away all day long so make sure you
register early, seating is limited and we are less than a month away!

Please contact me directly with any questions, issues or concerns.

Sincerely,

Phil Bautista, Bull Creek Data

Hi Michelle!

Those were the days, huh? Bull Creek Data did one local User Group each
quarter. We had fun at Dave & Busters!

Well, with BMC now doing their single day "Exchange" series of local events, I
am interested to see how many of us Remedy folks are interested in a multi-day
event like the good old days. I have created a survey to find out what people
want to see, liked, hated, where they would want it held, etc. I will put the
link below and pass (or use) the data to see what can be done to help get an
event on the calendar this year. Mind you, I am only one person but your input
will be a big motivator and would clearly let people know what you want, don't
want, and where you would like to see it. Please take a moment to fill out the
survey (if you haven't already) and let's see what data we get (after all DATA
is King!).

Here is the link for general input:

They are also doing some kind of Veteran Retraining session (multi day) this

Well, I suppose if one lives in one of those cities, there would be no cost.
For many of the rest of us, traveling for just one day isn't even worth
requesting.

Re: Old API header files anyone?

2017-02-24 Thread Misi Mladoniczky
Hi Phil,

It took you some time to see that post, it is almost a year old ;-)

I have seen your "museum" first hand, 9 years ago, after a Texas RUG meeting
where I presume I talked about a bunch of different RRR helper tools I had
developed.

Problems with the oldest stuff concern that that some media are on tapes etc...

Doug Mueller has gathered old media, and he say he got most of it. I am hoping
to get a delivery of the api-files, at least header files, from these really
old versions.
