JMS Monitor adapter configuration for IBM Websphere MQ
Hello All, Please let me know if anyone has successfully configured the JMS monitor (7.6.04) adapter in AO 7.6.02 to monitor the Topic sent via IBM Websphere MQ? If yes, Can someone please send me the sample adapter configuration for the same. Making multiple SRD's offline.
Hello All, Is there any way we can make multiple SRD's offline. Note : 1. Modify All option does not work. 2. We are not allowed to customise anything using dev studio (no escalations, active links, filters etc) Does macro works here? Issue in Mapping SRD's
Hello All, We are facing an issue while Remapping SRD's. Scenario: We have to remap few SRD's such that the Service Request question-answers flow down till the Work Orders. These SRD's have common AOT (same or different PDT's). What we have done : 1. We have taken all the SRD's offline which are related to the AOT. 2. Added the Required fields in the AOT. 3. Now for some of the SRD's (not all) when we go to SRD and click on the mappings, we do not find the fields which we have added in the AOT (Step 2). Can you please let me know what could be the reason for this behavior? When do the SLM filters get disabled?
Hello All, I can see some filters which are created automatically through Service Targets in disabled state. Can some one please tell me when the filters created through Service Targets get disabled? As i understand when the Service target are moved to 'Invalid' or 'Disabled' It deletes the associated filter from the server. Mark, If some external system is creating a ticket on your ITSM form, you can trigger your workflows using the Request ID second time onwards. Ex : First : The external System creates a Record in the form. Record is submitted and Request ID gets generated. Second : The external System updates the above record (updates some field say Status) you can run your workflow based upon the status Change as you will have the Request ID at this point of time. Adding new Configuration form in DMT?
Hello, My requirement is to add a new configuration form in DMT, so that we can upload the bulk data to the configuration form using DMT. I did not find any document on that. Can someone please let me know is it possible to add a new form in DMT 7.5. I was able to proceed with this. One silly issues which I am facing is: 1. I am not able to read the existing Macros which are present in the Macro folder, and hence unable to create a new macro for converting to csv format. My question is how do I read the Macros in the Macro folder for Data Management? Incident Creation through OOTB Email template
Hello All, I am facing an issue while creating Incident using OOTB Incident template (Template is taken from Incident Interface Create form). Issue 1 : In some cases I get an Error 'Authentication Failure' (in the AR System Email Messages form), even when an email is sent using template with correct Login ID and password. Issue 2 : The Detailed Description get's trimmed when the number of lines exceeds 4. So in the Email I provide the detailed description of 7 lines, but I see only 4 lines in the Incident Interface Create/Incident Form. Can some one please let me know what could be the issue here? Hello Mike. Can you tell me what is the AIE startup script name and it's location. I have added (export AIE_ORACLE_LIB_DIR=oracle client path) in a launching file (shell script) Do not remember the file name now. Also when i start the aie001 instance, and perform echo $AIE_ORACLE_LIB_DIR, i can see the oracle client path. But still the issue persists. Hello LJ, Thanks for the quick response. The Problem with the 'Object Modification Log' is that : 1. It saves the def file, without prompting for any user comments. 2. We do not have any control over the changes which we want to commit and the ones which we want to ignore. Please correct me if i am wrong. Also We have observer that the server becomes very slow if we have enabled the Object Modification Log functionality as their are multiple people working on the server simultaneously. I need to have a source control which can be integrated with Remedy 7.5, hence giving user the choice of committing the changes with proper comments and also less load on the server.
