Just as a quick FYI, this has been duplicated back at BMC and tentatively corrected in the upcoming mid-2012 release. It's also under consideration for a future service pack to 7.6.04. I have tested this on an 7.6.04 SP2 system with ITSM, and I do not see anything but 'Application Name' = AR Server in there.
