Hi John, Please try the below workarounds... Please check if you have atrium directory in mid-tier shared folder and flex directory in WEB-INF folder. If not extract \cmdb\en\workflow\DataVisualizationSystemFiles\aui-resources.zip. 1. Copy the atrium directory to \BMC Software\ARSystem\midtier\ 2. Copy the WEB-INF\flex directory to \BMC Software\ARSystem\midtier\WEB-INF\ 3. Restart Apache Tomcat and then access the Atrium Console. OR Make sure the default web path is concluded with a forward slash. 1. Open Data Visualization Module form 2. Select Atirum-Widget entry from the search result list 3. Thanks for the reply Kevin, The Calendar works fine same with the flashboards, RKM etc.. The issue is only with the Atrium CMDB Console which is a data visualization field. The Mid-Tier Logs don't have anything useful as far as I can tell from reading them over. I had had this issues with Change calendar, Artium Core console, RKM etc and it usually is something to do with the configuration of the URL, or password. I know also bouncing the web server helps sometime too, like tomcat. I do remember one time with SRM i was having issues and it turned out to be a bad data vis file. Usually it is from not having the web path set correctly in the Server Information - Advanced form, but there are other possibilities as well. I think I remember having this problem as well, John. I would check your Web Services plugin authentication data. Sometimes it gets lost and needs to be refreshed.
