did you use the t and T options to Queue() in the dialplan ?

[Asterisk-Users] Call Queue Transfer

2006-04-28 Thread Josué Conti
Hi All.

I am with the following problem. The agents of my Queue when they receive a call originated from the pilot of queue, are with the status of talkingto zap. Until all good, he is correct there, but the fact is that if the agent transfers the call, for another user and this user takes care of the call, the status of the agent in the show agents is of that it the same continues speaking (talking tozap) with circuit that it had received the call from the pilot, or either asterisk does not understand the transference. This finishes originating attendance lines being that the agent already is available. It would have some alternative to decide this problem? Somebody already passed therefore?
Regards

Josué

[Asterisk-Users] Call Queue Transfer

2005-01-12 Thread Kevin
I have recently upgraded to the latest stable release of asterisk and I
can not transfer a call using the # key from a agent call.

exten = 2771,1,Queue(incoming,tr)

Is there a way to roll back to an earlier release of the stable source?
