t all started with LOGO. If you dont remember making this little turtle crawl around and draw stuff, then your childhood wasnt complete. In fact, you should probably go back and do it now.Seymour Papert, a researcher at MIT, reasoned that children could learn programming more easily if they were given a fun programming environment to play around in. This was so successful in the case studies he observed that he was forced to develop an explanation. He called his theory of learning constructionism (because the student can construct their own knowledge by experiment). In my own first grade class, we had a teacher (I think his name was Mr. Costa) who took care of the computer lab and taught computer class. We were taught the basics of LOGO, and then asked to produce a project of our choosing. My partner and I worked diligently to put together an animated scene of an F1 racetrack, complete with cheering fans and cars circling the track.

@Roro, Yu are referring to the router. The router is a devices that distributes available internet bandwidth across all devices connected to your local network; sometimes modems also have integrated a router, but you can also purchase one separately. If you have not a router and your modem doesnt offer routing capabilities, you probably dont need to worry about port forwarding, undless you have an advanced firewall installed.I dont know if the word router appears translated on Arabic software and manuals, but you may want to check for it on the Microsoft Language Portal.Mohammad, I have received your reply, thanks. Tomorrow Ill send you the files. Since I use my desktop computer for playing, I have done the translation (strings of version 1.1 included) there, and now I am with a laptop.

Tward, Wubi creates a swap partition only if you choose to install Ubuntu on the same drive that is Windows installed, but I believe this is not the case if you select an empty partition. Moreover, installing with the CD outside Windows makes Grub to be the bootloader, which do not allow to manage operating system list settings with the Windows System Properties dialog.Last, but not least, using the Windows bootloader should avoid problems in Windows 8 when quick start is enabled, that is an hibrid between a shutdown and a hibernation, and with (U)EFI based machines with SecureBoot. Apart from this, since GNU/Linux are more respectful with other operating systems than Windows, settings for booting into Ubuntu will not be deleted if you upgrade Windows to another version or run any system repair tool that regenerates the boot sector.

They attack from far far away, so make sure to make a long jump to be exactly at their square or 1-2 squares from them, because if you are near them theyll stop attacking you.

Hi.Ok, so I downloaded Mushclient.I tried to open the world file but got an error saying that some mirini.vb file was missing from the scripts folder.So, I copied the whole mirini soundpack directory to the mushclient folder in program files and put the .vb file from the scripts folder into the Mushclient scripts folder.Now when I open the world file it seems to connect and work but I dont get any sounds and cant read anything with NVDA.What now?

Hi,I just installed arch a while ago. I dont know how it works on ubuntu, but on arch theres a tool called os-prober which, when making the grub config file, identifies the windows boot entry automaticly and makes the config after that.I suggest reading the grub boot config (if you have it) and read the menu entries.For example, if the windows menu entry group comes third, you press down arrow 3 times at the boot menu, because the menu entries are 0-indexed.Regarding the partitions, if you dont get the auto installer working, you could use fdisk or cgdisk (if you have them) dependent on if you have mbr or gpt (eg. if youre using windows 7 or 8).Using fdisk for me was pretty easy, just go to terminal, (ctrl alt t iirc), and type fdisk. then you press n, and it will give you a choice between the partitions (if you have more then 2 because one is for the windows bootloader and one is for your windows). After choosing it, you prett
 y much just accept the defaults other then choosing the size prompt where it says k,m,g,t,or p, or something.I know nothing about making a swap partition with fisk, but googling it could reveal some results.

Jump to them, and not away from them. Kill them if youre near them, dont be away from them or theyll attack. But if you want to avoid their attacks, center them in your speakers as soon as you hear them, than kill them. Dont go away, because they only attack from away, not from a near distance. Do what I told you and youll be safe.

Hi guys and girls. I wanted to talk about a topic, witch is bugging me for some time. As you might know, worlds animal rights activists are getting more and more angry with the dolphin slaughters in Japan or in norway or iceland. They complain about the brutality of these acts and how inhuman they are. Another thing are these dolphinariums or dolphinshows, witch are all over the world. I just wanted to know, what you guys and girls think about that whole topic. Personally I think that it is not necesary. You can watch these dolphins in the oceans. They do not needed to be captured and put in these small tanks where they live there whole life. What do you think about that?

I wrote that the London level was in planning so the ending is not set.It will not end with the quittach game.I did put the pensive and several other things in the Headmasters office for the update.In the update it will be easier to leave the castle but you willneed to find two things before you do that or bad things will happen.So one ending could be that you have to find a way back to London after these two tasks are accomplished.

Hi Mike. Ive been thinking of heading back to Ce myself too, sinse Ive been out for a few months, but I really should check on my settlement and genesis stuff. Firstly, advanced mining. Its not really an activity so much as a good way of getting more interesting ores to sell/craft with. The way it works is you need advanced mining drones and advanced merlin refineries. The drones will mine different types of ore from asteroid fields, not just standard ore but stuff like tunkston, biogenic ore, gravimite etc, and drop it off at a refinery. Your merlin works like a factory turning different types of ore into special ores like fangesium. To do this properly then you need to find asteroid fields with the types of ore in your merlins will need, and set your drones going. As I said its a little like having factories. Regarding other activities, well the thing with Ce is always to vary things and to have as many things
  going on at once. I personally do ship combat, salvage, derelict and planetary exploring, mining missions, hauling of passengers and cargo in between missions, mechs, and have a settlement and egenesis unit. I also do lots of extracting too, and have a nebula harvester, though filling it is a pest, Ive also got a factory to build explorer kits, though I dont personally like factories much. and for amusement I have mechs of course.the thing to get into. for derelicts You just need a derelict scanner docking collar small, a space suit, a gun and some oxygen, and some of For planets youll need a landing module, eco vehicle, and exploration kits as well.Id say derelict and planetary exploring is. Also, with regards to crafting, you should also get a bazar and sell what you make, particularly sinse there are lots of things people keep needing, heck if you can start making eco vehicles you will be veyry popular. hi dark,i just started a new activity on san gallen, i bought myself a zero point kiosk for 15 pounds near 20 euros ... and i stocked it with frozen meats. i bought them for 220 credits on gbm and the system puts in a price around 600 credits to sell. so i hope it will be a good price and my credits will roll in.i also tried the crafters missions given by the faction c.a.m.p and i fulfilled my first mission with great succes.i also noticed that people were looking for refined ores. and luckily enough while i was offline my mining drones continued mining and yesterday i recalled them just in time. i refined the ores i and and made 2.6 million with the selling of near 9000 refined ores.but i am very interested in planetary exploration. can you please tell me some more about that. at least everything i should know, like what to expect etc and the costs? the exploration deploy kits shouldnt be a problem to craft. but am i assuming right we are tal

You put the VBS file in your mush world scripts page? Its one of the control+shift numbers. Set scripting to _vbscript_ and browse to the script. Maybe Ill have to try getting the regular version of mushclient though all mush-z is is the alter pack packaged in a mushclient download and renamed.

Well Mike, before exploring planets Id recommend trying derelict exploration sinse that will give you an idea of how the system works and what you need, plus you can find some useful things like oxygen bottles that will help you on planets. You will also find lots of blueprints and schematics while doing both derelict and planteary exploring which will help if your a crafter, particularly in building more eco vehicles to sell.As regards credit output, well the planetary exploration is very lucrative, and will also get you lots of xp. I started crafting kits myself at one point and found that worked, particularly sinse you only get a limited number of chances o to explore each day so you wont burn through your kits too quickly.With what kits you need, it depends upon the planets danger ratin, so its a good idea to have kits of all three types hanging about to see what
  planet i you find. usually when Im exploring Ill find a planet while doing mining or other missions, rather than select a specific planet to work on. Exploring is also really good fun! basically imagine an rpg dungeon where you move around in four directions, with descriptive text, and of course in each location you can do different things if you have the right tools and gear like fight battles, try to dig for artifacts etc. Its highly worth a try. ive not tried the hole malls thing myself, though I probably ought to give it a go at some point.

I actually like the magic thing, kinda reminds me of QTEs in mainstream adventure gamesmy only problem is the large size of a lot of the areas which I can understand, to show how large the ship is but the problem is the detection distance for objects, for some reason they only seem to show up when youre almost on top of them which may or may not be intentional but for me personally with the huge size of some of the areas it gets slightly boring to scan and scan basically everything for completions sake lolbut other than that love the game?

Hey man, love the story. A little advice from someone who has had the same girl for 6 years now. Dont be afraid to dive right in and express your feelings to this girl. Tell her that you are interested in her and want to possibly date. The worst thing that could happen is she turns you down, and you go after someone else. While this might seem abrupt, its better to know how she feels than to beat around the bush for an eternity. Ill put it this way, in my oppinion, if you want to get her in the bedroom, dont be afraid to man up, and make it clear how you feel. If shes to fradgile to take your abruptness, thats ok, it may explain more about her personallity than just a couple dates could teach you. The best type of women in my view, are the ones who know what they want, and arent afraid of honesty or physical contact and affection. Just my thoughts, your milage may very.

But that had a few bugs in it that were never worked out. Youve got my $30.If I can give a few suggestions:1. Why not have the left and right wall sounds come from the left and right channels?2. Please let us use our screenreaders instead of sapi as all Ive got is Anna and its a little hard to understand over the music.3. Give us a little more time with dragonstrikes scrolls as if youre not exactly on it it fails you and its pretty annoying. Not much more time, but just a little would be helpful especially if its a new one that weve just learned.A few other things Ive noticed. You might want to get a pop shield for your mic if youre on a mixer. Also, not sure if you noticed 
 or not but a few of your tracks are mono instead of stereo. Im also not to sure about the dice thing. I mean, you could just say you use your fists since youre a human, or equip the knife that you get and just have the dice influence how hard you hit, they sort of dont fit. But other than those few things youve got me hooked and definitly youll see $30 from me. Keep up the awesome work!

Hmmm. Do you have an array of classes? I have been thinking about this myself for something I want to create. Maybe devided all the data up by tabs or commas? You could have each class in the array be assign to its own line in a file and have each peace of data in the array devided up by commas or tabs on the line assigned for the array. It could look like this. 2,2,cold,rain The numbers will be your x and y. HTH.

Even if you want to allow people to create their own maps, you can use serializations by creating map buildor. Otherwise, youll have to read a text file in which a certain format is defined.The easiest way is to separate a file into sections. In the first section, you write numbers that will be directly put into the map array, and the second section should contain some additional parameters such as wether, conditions in PRM_NAME=value format or something like that.

Americandad, do you mind posting a save file so I can investigate? I think I have an idea (the path from Mt. Moon to Cerulean City is one way) but I want to make sure.Also, I have a question for you all. I realized that Flashs original out-of-battle ability is nigh useless to blind players for obvious reasons, but I was thinking that it would cut encounter rate in caves. Flash is not mandatory in any game but it would make things a lot easier for blind players once they get that far. Plus, its still logical with the idea of flashing light (this time to scare pokemon away). What do you think?

Allowing longer time for DragonStrikes is a difficult problem. If he gives us only additional 50 miliseconds, we will be able to cast perfect strikes without having to memorize them. Currently, the game needs memorization to be able to cast a spell, and its one of the fun points in this game. If I think about that, it sounds OK, but there is another problem. spoilerThere is actually a boss that we cant use any memorizations to defeat. Though Ive defeated the boss by upgrading my HP and level, some people may not be able to do that because of the speed of keyboard input, or input ratency of the their machine.

@Ukio, the latency you experienced was actually caused by install_keyhook, a feature offered by BGT which allows input to reach the game instead of being intercepted by Jaws. Philip confirmed that due to a recent windows update, this feature, if in use, would cause latency. For this reason the feature had to be disabled and so Jaws has to be put to sleep or turned off to play. I agree, even increasing dragonstrike time by a small amount would defeat the purpose of it.PS: You can learn dragon strike scrolls without actually casting them in a battle. Press X to open your menu and select dragon strike scrolls. There you can listen to a characters entire scroll. Try to memorize it in the way you might memorize the beat of a song, for instance.

I must say though, this month has been rather full of girls... Ive met 3 that scream Date me and Ive asked out 2. One did the classic flake on me, one Im following the advice of my friend, so Im not talking to her for a couple days and the third one Ive got a date on Friday with.This is completely uncharacteristic of me, I maybe find one girl every 2-3 months, never 3! And on a summer! Life couldnt be better LOL...Part of it is that Im leaving in September and that is putting on the Fast and Furious flag on everything.It is my personal goal to get laid before September.It has never happened to me before (The time it did almost happen I was too sick to enjoy it, but thats another story).So getting laid is always on my mind, but now it is kind of front and center. Im going to establish that is what I want as soon as I can. I will tell them Im leaving in September right u
 p front, so they will know this will be short.Any ideas on how I can ask for sex tactfully? Above it says to move the touching along, grab the first kiss ASAP and make some sex jokes right off the bat. Im not looking for a 1-night stand, more a 1 month-stand. So kind of a mixture of both techniques Im thinking will work.What do you think?

@Ukio, the latency you experienced was actually caused by install_keyhook, a feature offered by BGT which allows input to reach the game instead of being intercepted by Jaws. Philip confirmed that due to a recent windows update, this feature could cause latency on some systems. For this reason the feature had to be disabled and so Jaws has to be put to sleep or turned off to play. I agree, even increasing dragonstrike time by a small amount would defeat the purpose of it.PS: You can learn dragon strike scrolls without actually casting them in a battle. Press X to open your menu and select dragon strike scrolls. There you can listen to a characters entire scroll. Try to memorize it in the way you might memorize the beat of a song, for instance.

What did flash do in the orignal game? Just lighting the way or maybe also showing hidden objects? If it also revealed hidden objects, it could just do that for us too. Otherwise, I think cutting the encounter rate is fine and logical.

hellmoo is actually more fair. You cant just point a magical gun of stunning at someone, fire it a few times and then drag the person you shot around farting on them, spitting in their face and generally doing terrible things to them. This was always my problem with miriani, you are pretty much handed weapons that you can use to freez and then humiliate people. Its a game thats so... so... terrible on so many levels and yet lives on due to the defenses of that part of the player bass that thrive on being raging dicks

Hi,I worked out that it was in fact using the alt key it didnt like. I fixed it, and must say I am enjoying the game very much!SPOILERI just cant work out the bit where youre meant to find kelly. I found the hidden place, but now what?

Traditionally it just extends the field of vision, which is automatically limited in caves. So no hidden objects just that.

I havent beaten the game yet but Im slowly getting there. I managed to complete everything up to the outer fortrus so I just need to beat the inner fortrus and Rusty. I have downloaded a few playthroughs of the game and one of them is when the guy who recorded the playthrough actually managed to complete everything and beat Rusty.

Actually, me too... Why I know about the postgame stuff is because my friend beat the game once and ive played the postgame levels some with his save files... I still cant do outer fortress though because of spikes next to corrupt sectors... Ill either land on the spikes or in the corrupt sectors. Oh and the guy that beat Rusty in his playthrough is Trajectory, just FYI.

Well, with my girlfriend, i simply asked her for sex. It sounds crazy i know, but i think sometimes, you just have to deal with the intensity and go for it. Again, the worst that could happen, is you get rejected. But, from what you describe, you probably wont have a problem if you play your cards right. I will say this, there is almost a certain feeling that goes along with finding the right girl to have sex with. Its almost like, you know in your mind that if you asked her, she would say yes. Its a spir of the moment feeling, and i went with it, and it payed off. Keep in mind, that a lot of people might say that the advice i just wrote is horrible, but im telling you, you just have to push forward, and go with what feels right, or you wont ever figure out if you could have gotten her in bed.
