yeah, now it's all back to normal for me. That was really wierd. My browser seemed to forget a password quite soon after that, so it could have been firefox going nuts, but everything was reverted, even when I went to the topic it's self so... who knows.

I wholeheartedly agree with Zoren's post. Yes, it is true that Steam can be a pain in the ass to set up. But it can be done, by anyone good at following directions in a tutorial. Additionally with Skullgirls, the game got even easier to use because the game no longer relies on sending text to the clipboard for accessibility. So I believe, no matter how painful steam can become, developers should be recognized for their hard work in making their mainstream games accessible, and that may mean posting a huge warning on each game page that says the game is running in steam, referring people to the steam guide.

Hello soundmud, a new few issues for the new version xd. With massive changes, massive issues appearsWell. I tried to apply this mod https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/845 … %201.0.rar to the last version (1.2a10r1) but, some changes that works in the 1.2a9, in this version don't take any effect.The first and more important, is that the new resource deposits, don't appear in the maps, including when you define it explicitly on a map. Instead of appear the defined deposit (cantera, or mina_de_metal on this mod) a empty meadow appear.Of course, the mod is active when I tested it.The other problem is, that the names of the new resources don't appear in the game. All new resources have a key assigned to review how many you have for that, but instead of say "Hundred of metal" Its only say "Hundred". And this same occur when you ear the cost a unit that includes cost for the new resources.The last, some less important of the previous things, is that the mod adds some extra voices for the units, but apparently the active soundpack is rewriting these changes that are included by the mod.When you select the option any soundpack, the game loads a default soundpack? Or simply loads the data of the mod, and ignore any extra soundpack. And ¿how do you identify a mod of a soundpack? During the apply of this mod, I Think that currently, you can't identify if a map requires a specific mod. Can you put if a mod is loaded, the maps that are loaded are the maps settled in /mods/currentmod/multi/ instead of /multi/.With that, you can have various maps for your differents mods. For example, you can have  the basic js maps for play in vanilla mode, and you can have a modified js maps in /mods/mymod/multi/ only for play with that mod.With that, you can't load a map that isn't designed for your active mod.Or another option, is put a line on the map  that says mods_required Well. this is the little bug that i Find. Key, the maps were actually supposed to start out locked until you had beaten the one before it, and I forgot I had disabled that during testing.  ROFL!There is a debugging list that the arm creates as it moves through the room.  The code for it has been in place since the game was in its earliest stages, and yet somehow I keep forgetting to actually code in a way for the player to view it!  Once again I forgot, haha!  I'll add it in on a game update probably tomorrow.  That isn't in any way required to play and beat every level, but it may help some people figure out where their designs are doing wrong.

I always liked these kinds of games, level 3 is giving me trouble. I just can't get to that second rat. Edit: I just did, I was trying forever to reach the one at d4 first and then go back to b4 but realized that it was more efficient to go b4 d4. I feel like the track blocker and recharge stations are really hard to use on smaller maps because oyu just can't fit enough switches to raise and lower them correctly thoughfunny, that level 5 shows you how switches work, I couldn't find a way to solve level 3 and 4 without using switches.Suggestion make it so that you can't play missions until you unlocked the previous ones, level 16 looks super super crazy

@dark the windows 7 start menu has a programs subdirectory; you need only down arrow and you'll be out of the search box. And, I'll think of upgrading to windows 10 perhaps if classic shell works for it, as that is the only thing keeping me sane on windows 8.

Jeffb, the arm travels in the direction designated by its start position, which you can always examine with X, and jump to with Shift + X. It will continue in that direction until it encounters an obstacle. If the arm is blocked from moving further by that obstacle, be it a track block tile or the edge of the map, it will reverse direction. If it encounters a turn, it will change directions according to the designation of the turn tile. For example, if the arm is traveling east and hits a southwest turn, the arm will move south, since it approached the turn from the west. A southwest turn will always try to angle the arm, so that if the arm is approach a southwest turn from the west, it will be turned south, and if the arm approaches the same arm from the south, it will be turned west.The arm never travels at angles or diagonals, and it can never skip over tiles. Well I made it! I've completed my first BK3 game play after almost 5 months of playing. My total play time is 124 hours and 38 minutes, and I enjoyed it a lot. Although for some reason I didn't get previous stage locking after beating stage 24.4, I've got extra stage as well as new shops added anyway. My best weapons that I was using on final stages were Triple Yoyo, Omega Shooter and Water Plane Launcher. My rating for the game is definitely 10 out of 10.

That sounds cool.Are jar files already compiled?I know I made a test program in quorum that I've tested on a couple computers and it worked.Are jar files only used by the java runtime environment, or are they ran by the jdk?Thanks.The only thing that bummed me out a bit is 3d sound won't work for me. Only curious, was browsing the forum, and noticed that my time setting was completely whiped and it is now showing times as it does for guests, etc. Also my lets code topic lost it's new subject and got reverted to the original while the post count went from 11 to 6. I actually know about the unlicensed NSFs themselves as a friend of mine had it when she was little, and for her birthday she actually got that as a birthday present. This was back when she was 2 or 3 back in the early 2000s or something. I don't know if I have other NSFs from that series itself though since my NSF collection is huge, and plus I don't play that many NSFs on my TNS-HFC cart itself, which you could technically use for the NES if you had an adapter, but since it was a frontloader, there wouldn't be a way to hit any buttons on the cart, which were used for loading the Previous or Next NSF file, since there were no menus to select from, so I just stick 1 NSF file on an SD card anyway.Thanks for the backing track BTW.

resources for picking up indian languages

Hi,Over the last few weeks I've been looking into a number of the languages spoken in and around India, mainly Hindi and Gujarati. I'm interested in doing some independent studying of these languages, but am finding it very difficult to find suitable study materials due to the Devangari script that is apparently extremely difficult to OCR. Does anyone perhaps have some ideas as for where I might have some more luck?Regards,Zersiax

About the mud killer, you won't get a lot of exp now that you've beaten it already. If you want to beat it really easily, use the jump shoes. When you hit it the first time, you'll just keep jumping on it, hitting it over and over. It will punch you, but that won't do any damage. It's so funny listening to it hardly doing no damage, while you jump on it, taking it's health away. Depending on your stamina, this might take forever, but he'll die eventually. I think there's a fruit in the stage 19 shop that will increase your stamina, so you don't have to keep grinding levels. Another good place for exp is 22-2, keep running back and forth killing things until the level ends. Also, try and kill the muddy liquid or moving mud if you can, their exp is really high. I think the electric stick works best there.

Softvoice I'm not sure of. I did hear the softvoice team did want to know who created the addon, so they could improve it possibly fixing all the bugs with mislabeled voices, though for now at least, the developer of that addon, whoever that may be, apparently wishes to remain nameless. Dectalk is a definite maybe, since cf did use that for mobile speak, however I would really like it if they could get the classic sound back. Get a used dectalk express, reverse engineer the speech chip, get the firmware off of it, and make it. Dectalk for android would be great, but if we could, at the very least, have that classic sound back on windows, that would be great. Dectalk Express's aren't the easiest things to find these days, so it would be great to have that firmware made into software.

I figured it out got to root 18. Was south of root 12 buggy for anoyone else? I got there but it kept making the sound like I was hitting a wall and freezed. Also in the water you can keep swimming to negative cordanence.

Hi all,The reason we are not adding playstation games is because they aren't exactly audiogames.When I'm talking about adding Steam games, I am talking about a small selection, ones that are usable with screen readers or self voicing. Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter will not be added because they rely more on memory. The reason a game like SoundVoyager is in the database is because it really does have audiogame style gameplay, on the gameboy advance of all things.Games like Skullgirls and the Choice of Games will work with screen readers or some of them like A Blind Legend are self voicing, which is kind of what we are aiming for here, not just any game that people can play.

Found a bug the game gives me an error and either closes or freezes when I give my Lapras a rare candy to level. Then I get the option to let Lapras learn ice beam I pick forget body slam and the game gives some error.

The Clapping song is still making great progress. For drums I decided to use the drum kit from the SNES Street Fighter II as opposed to the Earthbound one (originally I used CPS1 SF2 samples that I got thanks to Audacity's Import Raw Data function). For vocals, I decided to switch from Vocaloid to WPTTS, because it's better at handling talking and singing parts at the same time from my experience, since I could just switch the voicing mode parameter from normal to sing, and back again  in a few verses. For the preset voice, I decided to use Milktoast because to me, he sounds more like Barney to me, anyway, though if I have to tweak a few formants, I'll do that.As for the other song you mentioned, I am still looking for a backing track for said song, and if I can't find it, I'll just make my own, since I have a Sunsoft 5B instrumental that I am working on with Famitracker in case I can't find one.

That's not how you're supposed to do it. You're supposed to capitalized the A in Aprone. In short, you will get the aforementioned pronunciation. This applies also to other numbers as well, not just the number 2. Try it and see what results you'll get.

Maybe it's not just money that they need. If the device is more than 3 years old, they probably just need a proof of purchase by making sure it's still in the database. To josh, they told me that Keynote is software they can't port to android, but I did ask if maybe Humanware and Code Factory could team up to port it. If nothing else, I'm considering a compromise for now by asking cf if we can at least have dectalk for android, and the classic dectalk, not the new ones!

The "don't leave this square until I tell you" solution I have described should solve most problems. The idea is that by default a unit has the implicit order to stay in the current square. The player have to give orders to solve some situations.(Maybe this "hold zone" could be a sub-square in zoom mode, so you would have the hold order this way.)If I remember correctly, in Starcraft 1, there is the notion of "don't retaliate too far": if you try to lure a unit to your base by attacking it and then running away, after some distance, the enemy unit will move back to its initial spot.On the other hand, this notion of "don't leave this zone" is part of the simulation, so maybe this zone should be a circle too, instead of a square. Maybe the simulation should be as classic as possible, and eventually some maps (or some user interface) would try to simplify the gameplay, by having some obstacles matching the sq
 uares grid if necessary, but this challenge may not be removed by default.The existing maps made by contributors show varied designs: some maps have very few squares with many obstacles, some are big, open ground, maps. Maybe the design decision to simplify the map or not can be delayed and made available to the map maker.The new guiding idea would be: the simulation should ignore the user interface; squares are only part of the user interface; so squares shouldn't be part of the simulation at all.

Sadly, the hardest part of wanting to get something done is actually getting it done.  It's easy enough to say we'll do this or that thing; we may even initially start off in the right direction.  I've seen far too many things, however, particularly amongst blind people, simply come to nothing because they choke on their own excess commitment which ends up overwhelming the party or parties involved.  This little thing called life gets in the way at times as well; it's not all about leisure time, I'm afraid.  I'm sure if Dark and the other mods could turn this into a job and get paid for what they do the matter might have been settled differently.  Things get really interesting when you add free/unpaid to the equation along with the task of finding "responsible" moderators.Funnily enough, what I don't see happening is anyone who has bothered to spend energy on complaining about the unfairnesses concerning t
 his site bothering to develop something equall to, if not better than what we currently have here.  I've seen many arguments come and go on this forum regarding this or that thing, strictness, disregard and lack of consideration for its members, poor judgment and hasty calls and decision making, etc.  I'd never go so far as to say that the mods have always been right, no matter who's involved, but what does interest me is that, we can never seem to help coming back.
