Resource Hacker acts like there are no resources, and I don't know what program would be good for extracting the sounds and not the entire programs assembly data as well. I'll keep trying different tools. I know that one of the members on this forum managed to extract the sounds, so I was wondering what tool they used. I asked and got no response.

Most of the protections implemented to protect assets are usually a waste of time as they can easily be bypassed during play with screen shots or recording software like Audacity, with the exception of 3D meshes and textures. Of course, if you want the raw files themselves try and figure out what language the program was written in and find a decompiler, don't expect the results to be easy to read, so a solid understanding of the target language and likely assembler would be good.Though you should keep in mind that the US does in fact have anti-circumvention laws via the DMCA, though for software specifically there is an exception for reverse engineering for interoperability and studying the underlying code.

Well don't know if this will get me banned.But its informative only, since i am only providing information.First of all what you need to figure out is what is the exe build with you can find this in the headers.If you dont know how to read them, use a tool like peinfo.exe you can find it on exetools.As for more information, i would suggest reading up on ollydbg or ida pro.If you are not willing to learn asm, i would suggest to try peinfo first then see what encryption is used if any.If not encrypted just use the decompressor for that language c++ / c# etc.Another tool for beginners could be pe explorer , google it.If you want more information about reverse engineering let me know.Regards,XSense

Ah. But, you see, I'm not reverse engineering anything. I'm simply extracting files stored inside executables. That's not reverse engineering a program. Reverse engineering software requires decompiling the program and turning it from a computer-readable program to a human-readable form, which is not what I'm doing. If I did that, I wouldn't be asking how. In fact, I already have a tool to do that. I simply wish to take a certain file from the executable and extract it. So no, I'm not violating anything here.

It's not hard to find, that is why I am telling you to keep searching.And the forum strictly states no cracking games is allowed, or discussion of it. You're ascencially cracking a game by attempting to break into it's executables.And it can get you in trouble with the law as most games have licenses that don't permit the reverse engineering of said product.

Yeah, I think it's 35 and 55, I know mine definitely didn't transform at level 30 when I was filling out my pedia. Also wish it got a little more in the way of moves, a lot of moves it knows early on are special, but the good moves it gets later are all physical. And then there's elemental breath, which has a cool concept, but the randomness just kills it. I wish we could select what type it was, I mean doesn't the dragon have control over that? It would have to be reduced in power of course, but I'd be fine with that. Speaking of which, anyone find it amusing that a fire dragon can breathe water?

@djlex, You should learn the forums definition of 'hacking'. No offense to you, but this is not the type of hacking that the forum rules mean. The forum rules mean hacking the forum and/or audiogames.net web site itself. If this were against the audiogames.net forum rules do you think I would be posting it here? Plus, my reasoning for wanting to extract files from executables is my reasoning only. Plus, I'm not doing anything illegal by simply extracting it and, say, listening to it. There's no law in the united states that says that it is illegal to rip files out of executables. So I can do it if I wish. I'm just wondering what the best tool would be. And Djlex, your suggestion to just "keep searching" is so ambiguous and so equivocal that it's laughable. When you tell someone to just "keep searching for it" with no explanation or links to good resources, your getting them no closer to their objective. Your not even being helpful.
  I don't mean to be rude, but come on. Give me somewhere to start. (And don't just say 'search google'!)

I think it evolves at 30, and then again at 55. It's pretty good, but I think most of its moves are physical, not special. Never does get Dragon Fang though, and I think it should. When it's done, it's dragon-flame-air.

It is now possible to make your own custom cocktails out of the drinks you buy from within cafes, lounges, bars where ever. By typing the command cocktail, you will be asked to enter the name of the cocktail. The game will then ask you to enter the names of your drinks. When done, you will make the cocktail! In the description of the cocktail it shows what drinks are in it. I hope you enjoy mixing odd cocktails as much as I did. Plus, naturally, seeing how we have player run cafes, with your own custom drinks, along with vending machines and their custom items, you potentially could make  a completely custom, completely random cocktail! @AssaultFreak: It's been a long time since I played the game, but I'm speaking of levels much earlier than the stealth missions. For example, the first time you enter the flying building before it launches into the air.There's at least one level early on where basically, all you need to do is hop through the enemies provided you don't want to fight them, climb the ladder at the end, and you are home free from there. No enemies to fight, no hazards to jump over, just a couple of doors to explore. I understand that it's an early level and thus isn't meant to be overly difficult, but this is why I suggested enemies spawning on different levels. The way I see it now, it'd be like Double Dragon 2 only having enemies on the first level of a stage. If you could just climb higher than the first level, you have nothing to deal with accept for drop-offs and other hazards, which would have made that game exponentially less fun. In that game, there we
 re often areas where you'd have to deal with enemies and hazardous traps all at the same time.Anyway, with Yukio's post I understand why it doesn't happen now. I hope that bug can be sorted out as I really think enemies spawning at more than just coordinate 0, or being able to climb or fly to higher coordinates, would make the game more exciting.

I gotcha! I do the same thing a lot of hip-hop/trap.Currently I'm using a Yamaha PSRE443 as a midi controler. It's not an actual dedicated midi controler, but more of a fully feature ritch keyboard with a USB cable port that you can buy and plug into your computer to have direct midi.Though it's nice, it doesn't come with drum pads and often when making beats that require really fast highhats/claps, I'll do it by hand within the daw.However, if there's something I can recommend is the Novation Noctern.It's a great controler.If I remember, it has 25 keys but they also have models with more keys, as well as 8 drum pads. The best thing of all, however, is that it comes packaged with automap 4, so if you're using a daw like reaper where certain plugins aren't accessable to manipulate, you get 8 nobs as well as page up and down keys that communicate with automap and let you change them with ease.It supports quit

I know that Leafox never ever gets a special move except Solar Cannon, which I never use anyway, so I never touch his special attack, focusing instead on his attack and either his defenses or speed. Tadder/Friggle/Frorgerel are water-electric types who get special attacks, so I tend to build up their special attack.Of course you won't always know what's what, and a lot of it doesn't make sense.   Rookie Kick. So some manamon are just duds. Only experience will teach you which are and which aren't.Regarding dragons, there really aren't many. There's Hydrobird, which evolves into a water-dragon, and there's Drabao, which you won't get till shortly before the fifth stadium. And then the mythicals. Seriously, that's it. This game has a serious dearth of flame and electric types, but very few of others (undead, insect, shadow). The balance isn't even close to being finished.Now, I'm not saying pokemon is perfectly balanced either. It wasn't in RBY, and it isn't now. But it's a lot better now than it used to be, I'd think, and some of the balance issues in Manamon are just...ugly.

oh, and as to mons?  I'll probably run with one, even if it's not so good just to see how far I can get with it.  simple because, the challenge is what's fun.  although if I know me,  I'm probably going to have a dragon team   or most of a dragon team.  from what I'm reading.  why, dragon types were my favorite pokemon,  well dragons and psychics,   so why not.p.s I tend to think of this game, as our version of pokemon.  braillemon, and that crystal access thing have a few glaring problems from what I've researched, first, the crystal thing, now apart from the fact I can still see enough to actually play crystal,  you've got to use a rom, and roms are nothing but pirated games.  as to braille mon,  he took out walls, so most stuff is just a straight run, and that's of fire read, or leaf green.  which is a bigger pirate problem than this is.yes I
 9;m trying to summarize all my thoughts from over 1400 posts.  not fun.as to cheating,  yes, I've played pokemon emerald with a gameshark,  to get 2 of the badges, for one reason.  I can't see those two gyms well enough to actually fight them outright.  and I can't, battle  in rl  for reasons.  but a gameshark is sold by game stores, along with games.  and that's just that.  but I'd never dream of cheating on an audio game.  not one I've bought with my own money.  too much risk of dev finding out and blocking me.  so.  just hope that never happens to you.

from what I've seen,  I'm putting most of my training points into attack, as well as defense.  just seems the smart thing, what with the lack of special attacks around.  now I could be wrong, but.  that's what I choose to do.jade,  pokemon yellow was fun when I first got it,   and 20 years later,  it's still fun.  after I put it down for a few months, then play it again.  which is probably what I'll do with manamon.

There are parts on the second and third floors when you're walking on metal, which actually makes me think of catwalks and balconies and stuff. It's still a weird layout, all things considered.Hmm, fighting type. Should I hold out for Remullion? Should I go with something like Palador? Palador is a hard counter to ice types, except that from the little I saw, it looks defensive and not all that fearsome. Maybe I'm mistaken or misremembering.I'm not really feeling any of the flame types, and the only fighting type I've really tried so far is Fyrate, who didn't impress me much at all I'm afraid.God, maybe I'm just too difficult to please.

HideoutspoilersThe clicking noise is a switch. Push the box onto the clicking thing, and it will activate a teleporter. If you get stuck, do like the guy says and just leave and re-enter the room. You're damn near done the hideout, by the way. That's one of my least favourite areas of the game. That, and some ruins you haven't yet come to.FactorySpoilersKuro's office is right near the healing machine. In this part of the game, following the walls won't actually help. The offices are sort of free-standing, and Kuro's is the middle one.

No you wouldn't, because the scripts are themselves encrypted. The only way to get an encryption key would be to catch it in memory before it gets hashed. At that point you might as well be ripping sounds by memory dumps anyway.

personally, my problem with the carnage at the end of the seventh book is that it's all too much, just too many deaths in a very short time. I can see why people believe that Rowling was sick of writing the books just from that point alone. It's sort of hard not to have an emotional reaction to all of that when it seems that she was tying up loose ends by simply killing people.If it had just been half of those deaths, and yes, I agree that the Creevey brothers really had no purpose in the series other than to have some seriously misdirected hero worship, I would have been ok with that. I do think that Lupin and Tonks' deaths were the final straw, though. that was totally unnecessary.

The combination of servers and carpentry and wiring things has me all mixed up as to which subject I was going to talk about . I'm trying to set up a server so we can dispense with all the sendspace and dropbox and borrowing-other-people's-servers  shinanigans for my games? Hmm.Yesterday was staffing at LCB, which means they pick a few students and put them in a room with all their teachers and they give a review/critique/whatever of how things have been going. I can sum up all of them in four words: "Doing well. Talk more!" But since life is not an RPG where you walk up to an NPC and press the talk button and either get information or a menu of possible things to say, it does about as much good as it did all the other times I've heard it, which is to say, .(Yes, "large" usually means "too big for one person to eat, but they'll probably do it anyway, because that's how we demonstrate dominance, or something". It wouldn't be so bad if this wasn't a clean-your-plate culture, where the 80% rule is hardly even heard of.)

Okay, so you've beaten the stadium leader's holy butt, you've gotten the little cutscene in the hotel, and you're still stuck outside the jungle.From the jungle itself, here's what you do:Head south along the wall, then east, then south. You should be walking in mud. As you go south, you should get jumped by your rival. @Gene Yes, Linux is meant to be the open source alternative to Unix. And I believe Eloquence was written using a special Delta programming language, but for portability across platforms, it was compiled to C. So in theory, Eloquence could be ported to IOS, because I am aware that there is a company or an organization that is selling IBM ViaVoice for Linux, which was based off of Eloquence and uses nearly the same engine. Though IBM had apparently discontinued ViaVoice, so I'm not sure what happened there.

Stock music and sound libraries also have license agreements that prohibit the transfer of the tracks to anyone else. You're usually allowed to use them in any audio or video presentation, video game, etc, but it's usually against the agreement to include them in a  way that allows anyone to get a hold of them.

This is a case of systems designed to curb unwanted behavior that isn't even against the rules affecting everyone else who just want to enjoy the game. If people can't stay inside the buildings, they'll just stay near them. The problem will still be there.If this is a permanent thing, my suggestion in this case would be to have these areas lower health if the player has been in them for a certain amount of time, not immediately. That way it wouldn't punish 
 everyone just trying to enjoy the area. The current way is overkill.

If that's with no training points spent, that's serviceable. Not sky-high, but more than doable.Just thought of a new manamon, which I won't give quite as much info on but I thought it was cute.Trippit (earth type) evolves into Trappit (earth-undead type) evolves into Fientasm (earth-undead-ghost)They'd be tanky and have virtually no special attack and not a ton of speed, but their HP and attack would be rather high. I dunno.

My speed hack detected is fixed now. I just had to hold down the power button an it powered down. I turned it back on, and it worked. @Momo that system does not prevent speed hacking. The person wood just have to log back in and do it again. The thing is, it shouldn't crash the game, it should send the admins a little notification, that says the person was speed hacking. Maybe sam should just turn it off completely until he fixes it, it's rediculouss ( h{ draq sayed innosent people are hurt too, because of speed hackers, we have this annoying speed hack detected message. I watched the anyaudio stream of sam and steve playing redspot. It was really laggy, and someone suggested deleting the log.txt file, but sam said the people that suggested it didn't know what they were talking about and they should shut up. Anyway, sam ended up deleting the log.txt file, and the lag disappeared! Sam, the people were just triing to help, but u call it complaining. I know you  p
 rogrammed the game, but little suggestions like these won't hurt. make it a big deal and call it complaining. Alright, I'm done blathering, and I totally agree with Draq on what he said.

Oh gosh, no. My Fiendour is actually level 50 because I levelled it that high before thinking to check if it actually transformed with the heartstone, oops! And it has something like 80 attack, 97 defense, and like 115 magic defense. I didn't check with the hazeldale guy and forgot what its HP was now, also no training points spent, but yeah, its attack is still workable.

Loxias, thanks kindly. I just didn't want a mon to have like 120 defenses and like 55 attack and 70 speed at level 50, you know? Because with those stats, even Clobber is not going to do all that much damage.You're right though. Two immunities is nice, and undead being resisted by only a couple of things is also nice. If Aaron ever allows us to teach manamon moves, Ghoulad's line might get super-useful if it can get some other type coverage (something super-effective against shadow, for instance).

@Amerikranian: It will transform into Arctana if you level it up, not sure what level, I just caught an Arctana. But if you use a Soulless Heartstone, it will instead transform into Deciced, which is a nice and shadow type.@Jayde, regarding ghoulad: I just checked his final form that I have on my old file. His attack is lower than his defenses but is still decent enough, and at some point along the way it learns Clobber (90 power, 90 accuracy undead move), Black Bite, Desoul, and Crunch. So he seems like he takes a bit to get going, but once you get there, you have something with good defenses who can Desoul to be a pain in the ass, and can still attack pretty decently. I've added Ghoulad to my team in my second playthrough and will definitely report how he turns out. Do remember that Undead has 2 immunities, one being a super useful one to magic, and is super effective on a crapload of stuff and is only resisted by like 1 or 2 types.

As far as I know, Bergan transforms into Arctana by level-up. It transforms into Deciced the instant you use a soulless heartstone on it.Trajectory, I'm not saying that one dubious act automatically presages the next. I am saying that the method used lends itself to further manipulation. Maybe Ethin is ethical enough to cheat in his own game but not in any other way. Frankly I don't know. But if he can do it, and talks about it, and knowledge spreads, then I suspect that given this community, which has had a history of hacking and cheating and the like, it's only a matter of time before someone starts doing those uglier things I was talking about. No guarantees, quite obviously, but yeah.To the person looking for Yavin:You're in the right place. You have to push that box onto a switch, then a teleporter appears.  ch will move the statue blocking the door.Fair warning, and slight spoilers:Arctana and Submenno are things you're going to have to deal with in the master stadium if memory serves. As such, a team needs a viable way to shut down an ice and water type. A flame type is decent for this, so is a fighting type. Fyrate, I'm afraid, probably won't cut it; in my experience with Fyrate, his defenses are pretty ugly and so is his speed, so he'll get two-shotted by basically everything. Donnammer might be better. I'd suggest Guerrerril but he, too, is weak to ice, also being part grass. Ha, this is why we need an ice-fighting type.

Skype not accessible

I had to reinstall Skype and when I did the Interface was not accessible. But the weird thing is that its accessible from nvda remote. I did turn on accessible mode and restarted Skype and still didn't do a thing.

I don't think it's necessarily fair to argue that someone who wants to make themselves god in a game just for the heck of it is then going to graduate to stealing people's work.I think cheating can be fun if you've played the game before and are looking to put a new twist on it, but that's just me. i posted my party in the last page, and your right, i have 3 earth type, i'm not gonna drop earth and ghost, nore earth and plant, both of them have good, and i mean it, good moves, maybe i will drop off  Terruffalo but that's pretty much it, perhaps poison type, i don't know. i got the burgen or how ever you spell him and i'm going to train him up into mid 40's and get him to become arctana i hope. ice is a pain for me right now, so i'm hoping that will solve the problem. Terruffalo cant stand anything in factory if it gets in first hit. well, that's pretty much it for now. (jayde, you don't have to do a phone quest in post game, i just did it and got good exp for it, though it's hard.)

Hed back to church take the items, hed bakc to sand-cot beach, take the right cide of factory to infront, talk to rinna, hed back to dining room, talk to rana's parrants and then go to the church.
