I'd rather just go with the DS4 program. Or, the SCP driver. I use both. I think the SCP driver works pretty good, because after it is installed, and running, it just chills in the background, with nothing to worry about. The DS4 program comes up with a UI. I do use both sometimes.

[[wow]], I got 48 items, 96%. I thought I had followed the playthrough exactly, I was even listening to sections and then playing through that section myself lol. I didn't have enough points to retain all of the characters though, so I had to go back for treasures like the one past the water to the west of the temple.slight spoilersI figured out about collecting the chests that have the negative items like losing kairan or the explosions before I listened to the playthrough, though I heard MM do it in his. I had completely forgotten about the other part of the pendant of memories quest. Thanks for the treasure 50 trick, it looked kinda familiar but I'm not sure why. Either way it's neat.Any tips for keeping track of everything? I can't believe I only missed two items. I kinda wish you could see what percentage of items you had found while actually in the game, but I guess that would be too easy.

Hello.2DP maps are actually a simple text file. So, when you press enter on any TDM files, your browser opens them inside the browser to view their contents to you. That wierd language, is the text that is written in the TDM files. To download them, instead of pressing Enter on the link, press your applications key and choose Save target as or save link location.

@dd: I'd recommend buying a logitech gamepad. I think it's the f710 or f510 or something, there's one that looks and feels a bit like a playstation controller. However I don't know if it has vibration. I can't remember the exact name of the thing either.

Hello all. Now this has been an issue that has been irking me for a long time. I'm unsure of what is going on, but for some odd reason I cannot find Game Center on my device. I may have deleted it without knowing one day or something, but I cannot find it. I get the occasional notification somehow, but all of my games are rather pointless in terms of achievements now. That way I can fix them when I do another update.Thank you!Also, Android update will go live tonight, probably in a few hours. Then the production slot issue is finally fixed.The iOS issue is on its way to being fixed as well. We will upload a new version as soon as possible with the issue greatly improved. It isn't perfectly fixed yet but the game will now be playable. The issue is related to VoiceOver directly, and in addition, the app will now detect if VoiceOver is turned off in the middle of play. That way affected players can further improve the responsiveness of the app by turning off VoiceOver after launch.

HMM, no, i realy think everything is correct. I got the required one cargoship and the fleetinformation shows up that i am on my way to the wright target.Hey Freeman! It would be so nice of you if you could make a last update with some more keyboard shortcuts. For example selecting fleets buy pressing 1 2 3 and so on. And some other key for opening the available contracts, to end turn and to open the orders-menu.This would make the controls a lot faster and nicer.Oh, and a nother question. I believe I have figured it out.  Spoilers ahead:The strength of pirate appears to scale with your reputation; Lower reputation = more powerful pirates.  What I've been doing is purchasing a bunch of cargo ships, completing standard contracts till my reputation drops below neutral, then completing goodwill contracts to raise it again.  this way, you can continue to increase your fleet of cargo ships while stealing fighters or corvettes from the weak pirate forces.Once I have loads of money, I plan on exploring every quadrant and starting colonies, but  for now< I'm having a good time just watching one fleet grow.  Anyway, I'm really loving this game so far, and I'm glad the audiogames comunity finally has something like this.  thank you for your hard work!

I'm using an Iphone 6, and the game is super laggy for me. When I swipe or double-tap the screen, nothing happens, and then, after some seconds, sometimes VoiceOver announces 1 of the buttons, and if I swipe again it does nothing. Hope that can be fixed.

It does have both int64 and uint64. However... After some testing, I found that they don't actually act like they should! Maybe the AngelScript engine has support for them, but since BGT was never compiled for 64 bit machines, it can't actually use them.Int64 just acts like a regular int, and uint64 acts like a regular uint.

Hi. This sounds great, (personally I never minded sapi in games but that is me). Unfortunately since I'm briefly staying with my parents I'm using my old xp laptop at the second so can't even download the game, but I'll definitely be looking forward to trying it when I get back to my flat and my windows 10 desktop (yes I know I need a new laptop, but time and funds and such).Btw, one thing I will advise access wise, is that pdf and screen readers can be a little iffy, indeed most people convert pdfs to text (assuming they're the sort of pdfs that can! be converted, many can't and they're really annoying). I would recommend for future reference either having instructions as an html or text file instead.

Hi, I found no way to switch Sapi voices or to switch to my screen reader for output. Also, the voice stops speaking while attempting to change voice speed. This is unfortunate as I will not play a game that doesn't use screen reader for output, because of the bad latency issues with sapi 5, especially in windows 10. I would consider it of we could change sapi voices, because I do have some that work better than the default. Anyway, if this gets fixed, I would be glad to play, thanks for your understanding.

@Amir, you can turn off the music in the options which you can find on the main menu (hit back from the world map), I did this myself since while I like the music, I just have the one set of earbuds and didn't want to wake my wife up when I was switching from reading a book last night to starting more production. @Guyador, at least for me the add video boosts do work, though at the moment there is no notification of that, still if you say activate the "%10 more sales prices" boost you will notice that say the price given for your logs is 11 coins instead of 10. The boosts aren't even necessary, indeed  due to the curser bouncing being rather bad on the boosts I've only used them occasionally, and yet I'm progressing nicely even with one production slot. I tried Mojsior's advice with running the game with system voice by getting the ap switcher off, licking to crafting kingdom then turning off vo and double tapping to start the 
 game.  I'm a little confused as to why the system voice here worked once the game was running, when it didn't previously when I started without vo, though I did notice the screen went black and there was an initial lag of about five seconds or so while I think the system voice started.The system voice doesn't have the  curser bouncing that vo does which is good, but on the down side there are no in game controls to set things likevoice speed or even which voice is used by the system by default, so if it's intended the game be played without vo then perhaps some controls for altering the voice could be added. I do also wonder though how the system voice will cope after a boost video is used since obviously that page where you need to find the "l" button to return to crafting kingdom isn't labeled within the ap itself as it's part of unity,  also kind of amusing given that pretty much anything and everything being advertised 
 with unity is inaccessible anyway (I usually go and do something else while the video runs). I'm actually not progressing too  badly myself, though I do look forward to those production slot improvements and as I was a little busy today doing musical things I couldn't play as much as I would've liked. I've finished several quests including selling the thousand logs, am just about to get 50 k in the bank and have used ten boosts, though buying five automations will take time if I've got to buy each building and only get the one slot .

@Griff, you can try any Lenovo phone if at least somebody could set it up for you unless the two finger gesture works when you power on the device for the first time. If the device works in the beginning, than it will supposedly work for the rest of the process.The main problem with these devices was that they didn't have Talkback installed in first place, so somebody had to install and set them up for anybody who needed them with accessibility enabled.For more information on any problem or experience with Lenovo phones, you can go to a more specialised Android community called Eyes-free.You can type "Eyes-free - Google Groups", and it will appear in the first result.Cheers!

Hi, I don't personally recommend Lenovo phones, as they are reported to have some problems with Accessibility by some blind users in the Android community. Samsung J7 is a really good alternative and don't confuse ShinePlus with Voice assistant, they are two different screen readers. ShinePlus is produced by a small Korean company voluntarily, but also considering the feedback of the community. While Voice assistant is a screen reader produced by Samsung, based on the source of Talkback. However, Voice assistant is very different, as it allows you to perform three finger gestures, something that is technically impossible in Talkback. I haven't ever tried myself Voice assistant, but if developed constantly, it can become a great screen reader for Android users.

@firefly82:  Make sure you have enough cargo ships to complete missions, and don't forget to command your fleet to complete the contract in question.I'm having a bit of trouble starting out.  My strategy so far involves focusing on one fleet, purchasing as many cargo ships as possible and completing contracts, earning lots of money and purchasing war ships to protect the fleet, but I eventually encouter pirates that are just too powerful.  I'm assuming the power of the pirates scales with the contracts you're doing, so I'm going to try sticking with 3-4 cargo ships and then building an army from there.  I tried starting by mining but I couldn't afford enough mining ships and if I purchased one, it would usually get destroyed by a mining accident before I made my original investment back.

As for your problem with the name thing, that's because Sam added a thing where if you disconnect, you can't come online with the same name until someone kills it. The players are stored in an array, and sam doesn't remove your name from the server, and making it think you're already playing. That's kind of stupid, but that's about the only fix you can get for people who go offline in the middle of an attack. You'll have to either get someone to kill that player or just change your name. Annoying but o well. The net event problems, that's an easy fix. Just destroy the network object when you go to the main menu.

Hi there. It just happened to me a few minutes ago. I had a large number of items and 8 item grabbers. Um, never seen it in another game. Something's going on because stw doesn't do that and god only knows how big that game is. So I wouldn't say its a bgt bug, never seen this happen before. Fun enough game, though currently a bit dull in terms of the stuff you can do. Guns make the spam control issue a little less of a thing, but that does seem a problem the first few levels, along with the lack of stuff to do and the slow progression rate. Finally, the server seems to have stability issues; I've lost some progress several times, which wouldn't be so much of a problem if there were more ways of earning experience.  That being said, I fully understand this game is in early beta, and for that stage of development there's a lot of content to work through. Multiple maps, tons of weapons, stat system, 3d movement. I think one of the most unique things about this game is the movement itself; there are two ways of...basically playing the game -- either as a top-down third-person rpg, or as a first person, swamp-like, shooting game. I was pretty impressed with this feature (personally I use the third person for melee weapons and the first person mo
 de for guns).  There's definitely a lot to work on here, I think, but also a lot to be praised. Nothing bad about that, there's a reason it's in development. SO keep up the good work, and thanks for the cool new game. Programmers seem to be a dying breed here, and I hope my criticism doesn't put you off; it was only meant to offset the good things in the game,, and keep you coding!

@ea_accessible, let me make sure I understand...During a running play for the offense, it is important that the player know:* Which is the optimum direction to run -- indicated by an arrow that works like a compass.* Where nearby defenders are--the direction the defender is in relative to the player.* How close defenders are--the range the defender is from the player.So if I were only using sound. I might use a tone to indicate which direction to run--with the idea that the player wants to keep that tone in front of them and centered as much as possible. There might be a couple ways to do that.  One might be a floating tone that moves relative to the player.  The other might be to use just a few tones to indicate if the player is on course or if they need to turn left or right to be on course. I probably should explain the second option. If the runner is faced in the correct direction, they would hear a sound telling them they are 
 on track or possibly they would hear no sound.  If they are off track, they would hear different sounds or tones. For example, if it would be faster for the runner to turn left to get back on course, they would hear a tone/sound from the left or a tone/sound that indicates they should turn to the left. It might also be possible to indicate how far off the track they are by varying the volume or pitch of the tone/sound. The louder/higher the further they need to turn in that direction to be on track. The lower/softer the pitch/tone, the closer they are to being on track. To indicate the direction and range of defenders, you might be able to do something similar. This is just an example. Each defender will emit a breathing or footstep sound.  The player knows where the defender is by the direction of the sound and knows how close the defender is by the loudness of the sound. I suppose you could also use vibration to indicate the range of the nearest defender--kind of 
 like feeling the vibrations of footsteps.Just in case you are unaware, I feel I also should mention that we do have a few people on these forums who specifically design games for the blind and they might also be able to provide ideas. For instance, @aprone is one who's work I am most familiar with. His FPS Swamp is fairly popular and I expect he dealt with some of these types of issues in designing his game. I also think he has tried at least to incorporate vibration and possibly other feedback in his games. He is not the only one--just the one I am most familiar with.Is there any articles that explain what capability controllers have for vibration? I am assuming they allow you to vary the types of vibration, strength, and duration. I am not sure what else they allow you to do.  I will admit that I am most familiar with the use of vibration as a feedback mechanism for ultrasound devices that give someone who is blind an idea how far and object is that is in f

Hmmm.I was looking round the game.The generated task are really crappy but I am assuming you are supposed to make your own missions.After the profile tasks are done how do you process user tasks.How do you make tasks actually.Also how do you make aircraft.I am interested in extras on the game, ie task completion messages to be customised for a task.I also like the idea of tasks that are not traditionally completed.Ie the one nasa did a few months ago where for tests on what things would be doing in a situation a fully loaded jet was slammed into the ground.Or say an evil task where you on purpose got shot down or simply had an objective to take off but not land due to some issue other than weather.Or any emergency where you had to land or had events go on.While I realise this is not the thrust of a purely geo map game, it seems to me that after completing the profile, there is almost nothing to do unless you delete 
 and start over.I am however not a flyer or gamer for no reason, I want a goal, a reason to continue playing.For me now I am at the top I have little to show for it bar a rank, the fun is gone.While it lasted it was a respectible sim.How do you make tasks where you are blocked from places.What about a situation where you are going through places where you are not welcome, and get shot down, somehow survive and get penelised for it.I do agree that this sim is quite simple though its good till you are done with the basics.Now I have played this basic one I want something a bit more advanced, not hard or ultra hard but medium advanced or even entertaining.Silvermoon you only need the main file and then will install it.It will update its own data from time to time but if you do download the rest, you only need the updated language packs and voices which should be files you run and they install.The only thing that may not be incl
 uded is the transmitters file and that may be in the latest I don't know.

Kenshira, would you be willing to try out one of my other programs with sapi support.  Those are the rocky planets, the colour mixer and the bead brains game.  I cannot think that the standard sapi voices you have got are an issue, also I have put a fix in for possible broken sapi anyways.  If you really want to run some tests for me, you could turn off NVDA and see if it runs.  Must also say I have not tested any of my software on XP, for the only reason that none of my testers have XP.  One potential tester did have an issue with a virtual XP run on a Mac, If anyone else still running XP please let me know if this works for you.  And finally,  AudioGamer I have finally recompiled the rocky planets, bead brains and colour mixer with that sapi fix so these should now work on your windows 10 64 bit machine.

I have recently fixed the bug reported with the broken menu item, and the key repeat bug on the player name input.  Neither of these are worth folks downloading the update but just to let you know.  As mentioned earlier escape also leaves a sub menu to return to the main menu.  One thing I am concerned about is a possible intermittent score posting bug.  Has anyone had an issue of posting a score and not seeing it on the scoreboard, if so please let me know.  cheers.

On an Iphone, if double tapping does nothing, be a little forcefull, or firm. I.E tap it a bit hard,not hard enough to break your screan though, just harder than what you usually use.You can either play this game with voiceover or even with voiceover turned off, because the system voice is used instead. Either ways,the effect is the same.As to the issues, I suppose the only difference that I see between the devices having problems and the one not having mostly any issues is the 32bit and the 64bit processor. Just something to look into?I have managed the first quest, have about 23k gold for the 50k and I don't remember the other quest :dThat said, additional slots will indeed get things going.grryf

Many of them are settings related to Klatt Synthesis, the method NV Speech Player is using. Some are related to cascade formants, some are pitch settings. It's best to play around with them and see what you get, as there are too many to explain.
