I think SAPI is better, because like it was said, the screen readers dont have a specific time to stop talking. I mean, if the screen reader is reading the speech of a minigame in AAC, or informing you that a bomb or something is here, it may be reading while the minigame is running. The bomb as well may expload before the screen reader stops reading the speech. I know that BGT, in which the game was coded, supports screen readers, but Im not sure if this feature was fixed. The problem with screen reader support is that, as far as I know, the screen reader APIs dont provide any way to find out when the speech has finished. So if you have something which needs to be said, then something else needs to start, you need to know when the speech has finished so you can know when to start the other thing, be it a sequence of enemies, a minigame, a timed event, etc. Without this information, you cant know when to start the other thing, so you have to end up estimating, which is problematic since different users have different speech synthesizers speaking at different rates.URL: http://forum.audiogames.net/viewtopic.php?pid=173783#p173783

A few clarifications.1. As for MP3 files, if I recall correctly, BGT doesnt support MP3 files itself, so without some third-party DLL or something, theres no hope of MP3 support.2. Lots of other changes. I dont know this, since I havent seen any AAC source code or anything, but I suspect many of the features youre wanting for custom stages were hardcoded into the levels where they appear. In other words, its not just a matter of TheOnlyPKMNMaster saying, Oh, lets make it so feature X exists, then toggling a field somewhere in one of the levels to make it happen. Oh, you dont? OK, cool! I just got the achievement: Complete the My Music stage in 1 minute and 30 seconds! Got 2000 bits for it and a time of a wapping 1 minute and 27 seconds! Now, the only ones I have left to beat within a certain time are My Downloads which I have no idea how it is possible to beat it in 3 minutes, Program files which I think is two minutes, also see know idea how that is possible and My Videos, although if I figure out exactly where the arrows do and do not appear, I think I can run just often enough as well as keep walking while ducked and make it...just barely! Haha.I dont think Ill be completeing the Windows folder for a while yet. A few sudjestions.1. Provide the regular levels in stg form. It would be fun to be able to edit the stages and spise it up, and share there spised up version to the public.2. I think that in stages you build, you should be able to make your own weapons, that way youre not limited to the 3 available 1s..3. It would be super fun to make your own post game content and share it as well. And the difference would be you could put all the bosses in 1 screan for like a boss rush, randomize enemies and obsticles, and all sorts of crazy stuff like running away from ground thats crumbling away behind you, raining obsticles, enemies dieing for no reason at all, and all sorts of things.4. Changing the sounds of the main char. Id been wanting to make a stage where microsoft Mike is the main char, and that would be 1 feature Id love to see for just that.5. Being able to create friends. The reason why Id love to see that is because my st
 age requires that you have to follow your friend, and I had to create an enemy whos taunt was follow me, and I had to make him run away from you at walking speed. It would be great to have an ally that, say, you needed to protect from obsticles that would hurt him.6. Bosses. I know, you can make simple enemies that end the stage when killed, but I mean bosses. Bosses that require stratigy, fire projectiles, teliport, fly, all the big stuff. Not regular enemies that just walk and hit, real bosses. And, a seprat key to make bosses, like shift+e, or something. Or right data for an enemy in a txt file. Just create a basic enemy, then edit a txt file and add that boss fealing to them.7. Being able to make puzzles. You should be able to have an area that says, Ha ha! You thought you could get away that easly? Come to my puzzle first! No stage is very challenging without having to solve puzzles to get past an area, no matter how many bsod hacks and other obsticles y
 ou add.8. All the obsticles with all the same purposes. Meaning, you should be able to make an electric barrier that you cant even jump over, and we should be aloud to put time bombs and the rest.9. Custom step sounds. We should be able to make our own tiles, and obsticles, like a tirit gun that shoots bullits at regular intervals and all that.Now, things that should be changed.1. Can the stage transition be jumped? What do you mean jumped. Please explain what it means in the readme, or dumb it down a bit to be understandable.2. Make the dialogs and questions in a txt file. Ive heard afew spelling and gramatical errors, and wished I was able to correct them. If you put everything in a txt file, people can correct these errors. This would also help people who dont understand english, they can change the language to what ever they speak, so they can play in, say, spanish.3. Please, make it to where you use mp3 files for music and c
 utseens, ogg for ambiance, and wav for the rest. Some people cant use ogg, and it kills time to download an audio editer just to make ogg files for the game. You can find an mp3 editer easly, but most of the ogg editers I found you have to buy, and it just wastes time.4. X and y of a tile. When you hit m to go into the tiles menu, if you want a gizer puddle on every square, it only places 1 square at a time, so you have to right arrow and place. Right and place. Right and place. Right and place. It would save time if you could just make it continuous so you dont go right and place over and over again.5. Landing noises for all tiles. I see you changed it to where if you jump on the edge of a pit, it will play a sound of landing on the edge, as aposed to the normal landing sound. When you jump on anything else, however, it plays the normal landing sound. I believe there should be landing sounds for each tile.6. Your tile is the enemies tile. When you run 
 on a tile, it plays a sound dependent on the tile youre walking on. If, say, a virus runs over a gizer puddle, its feet dont splash, so step sounds are always the normal tile noises. I believe this should be changed.6. Virus is invensable to everything but your attacks. Bsod hacks, arrows, deleat rays, nothingness tiles, electric barriers, spikes, and time bombs, dont hurt or kill an enemy. This, I believe, should be changed.7. I believe that attacks from other enemies should be able to hit other enemies if they miss you and enemies are in that range. If not, it shows another example of only you can hit enemies.8. In the rusty software post game, I know that random obsticles randomly apear at random times, but at least put in a signle notifying the user that an obsticles about to apear, where itll apear, and what its gonna be.Well, thats it! Well folks. Im back after a hard drive failure. And one of the things I forgot to save was my saved game file. So now I have to start all over again. Which really sucks. So I currently as of this post, playing level 1. I did the nice trick of getting 255 lives. I got the kill 10 animals and kill 100 animals accomplishments. Hello James. The inner fortress is the level you are talking about. The beeping electric barrier means you cannot get passed that. If you go through the tutorial, you would find that out. The only thing you can do is go backwards from the electric barrier. When you start that level, you dont actually start at the beginning of the level. You start in the middle of the level. So you have to go all the way back going left until you here seomthing the place being on fire. The that will kill the electric barrier. It will be tough but keep practicing. If you need more help, please feel free to post your questions on the form again. And there is a 5 and a 10 bits accomplishments. I got the 1 enemies achievement as I said in my last post, but thats good to know that there are more, so I can just keep running through the My Documents level killing enemies, trying to get that achievement as well as trying to beat it in the required time. Thats the only level Ive gotten closest to beating it within the required time limit. The absolute cloest I can get on My Music is 1 minute and 33 seconds! Oy! So annoying! LOL. Thanks for your help, Audioracer! So do I have to escape this fire before running back to the now gone electric barrier? Or, do I have to run until I hear the fire and then run back to where that barrier was? You have to run away from the fire. That beeping electric barrier will be gone once that cutseen about the place being on fire happens. But you have to run away from the file to the end of the level in order to beat it. I got the 1 enemies achievement as I said in my last post, but thats good to know that there are more, so I can just keep running through the My Documents level killing enemies, trying to get that achievement as well as trying to beat it in the required time. Thats the only level Ive gotten closest to beating it within the required time limit. The absolute closest I can get on My Music is 1 minute and 33 seconds! Oy! So annoying! LOL. Thanks for your help, Audioracer! So do I have to escape this fire before running back to the now gone electric barrier? Or, do I have to run until I hear the fire and then run back to where that barrier was? My health is at 500, my attack is at 90, and my fefense is at 60. And the sound test thing is pritty cool. Ok. Your stats needs to total 500. Im not sure if this includes your health or not. But your attack and defense I believe need to total 500 or more to unlock the sound test. Im not sure where it would be when you unlock it because I have not accomplished this yet. And the weapons flag is accessed with w. This was not mentioned in the documentation. Hello,Usually, achievements only have three teers. In the case of kills, the last teer is 25000 kills.Although if you actually killed 5 enemies, thats an achievement even if it doesnt come with nice music and a tts voice What I mean is, good job. I didnt have an achievement for 5 kills because its hard enough to get 25000 kills and I didnt really want any ni-impossible achievements.I am also interested in what your status is on the game? yeah the third arena boss is waay too powerful. Maybe without the arrows I could do it, but with the arrows dealing a solid 65 damage a piece, and his attacks dealing over 100 damage per attack, I cant do it. I have 510 hp, 109 attack and 71 defense. I think what Ill do is grind bits overnight using my script. I just found a cool/nasty bug that can net you 25000 bits for killing just one enemy you shouldnt have to kill! I assume its some flag not being cleared at some point. Heres how you do it. I imagine me reporting this will get it fixed.1. Have a character who has completed all eight pre-Windows stages, but hasnt had the shopkeeper combine the bytes of the Windows code key. If you dont have such a character, you can make one the hard way, or create a new character, run it through the tutorial, start it on My Downloads, then use the debug panel to clear all basic stages. Dont worry about marking this character as a cheater, it can be a complete throwaway if you desire.2. Now take that character to the shop and ask for the code to be created. Youll fight the interlude boss. As soon as the fight starts, an arrow will be shot at you. Hit Escape at this point, and youll go back to the main AAC menu.3. Do not exit AAC at
  this point. Load up any character you want to give 25,000 extra bits. Even if this character has already finished the game, the Interlude boss will still come up. Unfortunately, since you start out at position 0, one arrow is guaranteed to hit you, theres nothing you can do about that. Jump around and duck to avoid arrows, and when the boss finds you, kill it. Youll get a cool 25,000 bits!4. Now, exit the game. I dont know what would happen if you kept playing. I like it. Btw, the arena is really hard. I cant defeat the third boss, even with 510 hp, 109 attack and 66 defense. It appears that the bosss attacks deal 65 damage along with the arrows. Do they deal 65 damage all the time, no matte ryour defense? It works fine for me, but it is possible that you arent centered with the bomb.But yes, to beat the boss you definitely want to get rid of the bombs.I made him a bit harder to kill in the my music, although with the proper stat configurations you can still kill him before you die. That involves having lots of hp so that a bomb exploding doesnt kill you or involves you hitting the button so fast your finger falls off.If you play another audio game with alt remapped, e.g. q9, does that work? Hopefully hell make it so that you can change everything else as well. And as far as the starting and ending level locations, you should not have to navigate with the arrows to find a spot to put those there. You should be able to specify a location just like with all other objects. Ill say it again. There needs to be a custom character sounds for hurt and die sounds. I was playing the mac attack stages and listening to the default characters when Microslop I mean microsoft Sam is your main character, just doesnt match. And why was the delete command not in the documentation? These are just some things to help you developer. Parts of this stage are randomly generated each time, so no two playthroughs will be exactly the same.@Hayri, as far as I know there is no way to cheat bits or other values of interest using Game Cheater or any other memory editor.
