[Axapta-Knowledge-Village] Non conformance functionality in PO
Hi, While receiving material against a particular Purchase Order, a non conformance is entered and approved. Till the time this NCR is no corrected or closed, system should not allow to post packing slip. How can we achieve this in AX? Your prompt support is needed. Thanks in advance Ali

Hi, There was wrongly posted voucher through GL journal. I deleted it from following tables . Ledgerjournaltable . Ledgerjournaltrans . Ledgertrans Now when I print ledger statement, its ok. But when I print trial balance, the same old amounts are populated. Is there any other tables also that need to be cleaned for a particular GL posted voucher. Thanks in advance! Ali

Hello Abhay, Just verify the followings while importing the fixed assets; . In Assetbook table, depreciation should be set to 'yes' . In addition to service life, there are 2 other fields, depreciation periods and remaining depreciation periods. When you create fixed asspet manually, these fields are calculated automatically, but when you are importing the data, you need to enter calculated periods as well. Hopefully it will help! Hi, I have installed Frx for AX. And it is working fine with demo companies. Problem is that when I try to set as default my company it gives me login error. Dear champs! I am trying to install a hotfix that corrects problem in Dimensionlookup form. While installing system is giving error saying that your AX kernel version is not updated. Please give your comments in the scenario below; In AX 2009, when I create a purchase order, I have following payment terms or schedule · 30% advance · 50% on delivery · 10% installation · 10% final close out / Completion Now when I confirm the PO, at the same time I need to process 30% payment that I will do through payment journal. Then later I receive material and invoice and I process 50% on delivery and same with other payments. Now, Is there a way that while creating payment system should suggest me the 30% or system should check this payment from PO. Or is there any link with PO. I found one which is from Purchase Order detail window when you open à open transaction editing, there you can mark payment with PO. What is the effect of this marking? Hello, Scenario: A sales blanket order has been entered manually with more than 1000 line items. There are about 3500 release orders of same blanket orders. I imported these 3500 release order through Excel Import/Export functionality of AX. As a result import is good, I can see all these order well. There is one problem, I can confirm these release orders, I can deliver these orders but I can't post licking list as it is disabled even after confirming. Please help me to resolve this issue. [Axapta-Knowledge-Village] General Number in sue
Hello All, When I try to create new journal, system says that this number is already used. Actually it doesn't increment the number. when I drilled it down to find the cause I found that this journal number is in use How can I make it free from in USE... IN USER check box is checked and it doesn't letting me to uncheck it. Please anyone help me to do so. Thank You, Ali Jawad

First you must provide them your new chart of account if you changed in excel sheet to input the opening balances. then by using JV they can input all of the balances in AP,AR, Bank, Inventory. if you are using AX for inventory management, i believe when you have done importing your physical inventory it will automatically post the value of inventory to GL so you don't need to input the Inventory Value. if not then you can input the figures through JV to GL. see the screen shots if you need help let me know General Ledger Journals General journal Step 1: Type Ctrl-N to create a new journal.
