You cannot avoid this as 'Site' dimension is preset by system to maintain financial inventory for each individual sites, as per the dimension group setting. this is an standard error which comes when try to post something for which an order never existed, for example - there is no purchase order but u are trying to receive, or for that matter, there is no sales order but u are trying to ship :) i guess it is more of an investigation of the problem rather than customization, because there is something missing in the transaction. HI All can we setup username/password access for AX instances in AX2009, the situation is that there is a common destop PC accessible to all the users in the department, but the requirement is that only certain users should get log in to AX client by using certain username and password.
