This is how I read it:

I do believe this is the same Matias and Maria Antonia in all of these records 
from Sé and Porto Judeu on Terceira and from Ribeiras on Pico, but I am never 
100% sure of anything.  I am also not sure of the name Falcão because it is not 
clear to me in either record.  I do see the compound surname of Machado Falcão 
on the Terceira marriage index in Porto Judeu; but not with the first name 
Manuel.
I have not tested MtDNA, but even if I had this is not my maternal line since 
my direct maternal line is from São Miguel where my mother’s mother is from.  
It is my mother’s father that was from Terceira.

Please help me with this Baptism record. Top Left hand side of the page, note 
the record starts on the previous page but most of the information is on this

The information in this records matches part of my tree but then does not. This 
part of the family changed their names a lot and named their children 
accordingly. Everything piece of information including the ones in the margin 
may help me connect to cousins. My ability to read the records is limited and 
this record is just to important to make a mistake. Thanks for any help you can 
provide. 

Also if anyone has additional information on this couple. I believe I may need 
to place an additional generation in this part of the tree in which cousins are 
connecting to me. I believe many of us have been blending several generations 
of this family line. I thought I had it worked out. Several years ago, after 
collect several children’s records, I connected Joao Ventura and he told him 
that there was a Jose Coelho Berbereia de Melo and Isabel da Conceicao (she 
changes her name to Isabel de Jesus over time.). They are my 3rd Great 
grandparents. Their son Jose (my Great Uncle) uses several different names and 
he too marries Isabel de Jesus.  Now what I’m thinking is I have blended my 
Great Uncle’s information with his son’s information. If so my Great Uncle’s 
son also married a lady named Isabel de Jesus. I believe the baptism  record to 
be either the child of my Great Uncle or his son.

England in 1873, he was 30 years old.  So there's hope you may find what you're

Yes. This is her maternal line that matches mine two maternal lines. 
So are you confirming that this Mathius Cardoso that was born in Ribeiras, Pico 
is the same one that was in Porto Judeu, Terceira?

I do not know if this is your direct maternal lines but what I’m trying to do 
is connect Sandra’s Maria do Carmo to one of my two lines (since she matches 
both) 

Sandra has Maria do Carmo, daughter of Antonio Vieira (born in Lajes, Terceira) 
and Margarida Antonia (born 1762 in Porto Judeu) married 1782 in Ribeirinha, 
Terceira.  Margarida Antonia is the daughter of Mateus Cardoso (born in 
Ribeira, Pico) and and Maria Antonia (born in Porto Judeu) married in unknown 
location.
