Hi; I am still struggling with taping; I wish I could get a later version than the one I have which is 1.37.3 which used to work fine but doesn't now. I have a friend who has the same version I do and she has more stations on heir's than I dodo, now; many of the stations I used to have are gone and the program will not let me add new stations; when I check for a new version I get the dredged windows critical stop warning and it won't let me do it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for bearing with me; I did downloaded the latest version this morning and the problem now is that when I record something the recording does not show up in my music like it once did. [Blind-Computing] XP and MSConfig Issue
I'm having yet another of those senior moments here with doing some changes within ms config and now everytime I boot up my xp machine, I get that message I'm in that selective startup mode, and need to know how to make it go away please. Hi Don, Here are the steps: 1. Go to your control pannel. 2. Select your system option and activate it. 3. Control tab to the tab labelled system restore. and turn it on/off or do settings what ever you want to do. To use actual system restore, otherwise go back to certain point in time do the following: 1. Activate your start menu and go to programs. 2. Pick up Accessories and than system tools and than system restore Follow the instructions, it will act as a wixard. Hi Trish, There's a checkbox that you must check or uncheck, I forget which when that dialog box pops up. Just tab around to it, and, if it's checked, uncheck it, and unchecked, check it. I just made a very basic batch file called poweroff.bat It only has two lines as follows: @echo off shutdown -s -t %1 I then copied the file into the windows directory so at the run command I will type poweroff ### the ### is the number of seconds that I want to elapse before the computer is turned off. --- Please visit my home page, it is motivational, educational, inspirational with a touch of humor.
