Yes, it was a misplaced command as seen here below. Removing that one command 
resolved my issue.

I put a base config on both routers and ended up with the same situation.  
After a closer look I noticed a shaping command on the HQ router.  All is 
working great after removing that statement.

It seems to happen when you have QOS setup on one of the PVC’s.  remove all the 
QOS config and try again

When setting up CUE and integrating it with CallManager my remote site 
bandwidth is choked.  Dial tone on my phones if very slow.  The integration 
itself seems to timeout.  It takes me several attempts and it is very slooow, 
pings timeout or are 2 to 3 seconds.
 
Anyone having the same issue or any thought on getting around this?  Since 
there is nothing else on the network I really did not expect this type of 
behavior.

[OSL | CCIE_Voice] CUPC has no Contact/Presence Information

I have integrated CUCM and CUPS with Microsoft Active directory.
Everything seems to be working fine users are being synced properly.  If I run 
diagnostics everything passes.

On CUPC if I do a show server health everything shows a green checkbox(but 
secure messaging)

But I am not seeing any presences/contact information in my CUPC 7.0.  I should 
be seeing 6 users.  These users show assigned in the presence server.  It is 
acting like the SIP Notify to CUPC is not working.  I believe all of my 
Subscribe CSSs are set up correctly.  I am not sure if it is related, but I 
also am not seeing voicemail messages in CUPC only missed calls, etc.

Any ideas??

in drop down
 
I have restart all service in CCM also IPMA.   also Tomcat  , also enable the 
service 
 
is this related to SQL service in CCM 7 or do i miss something ?

You probably have to manually add the IP Phone Service first.

Restart the dir sync?
Do the end-users show up in CUCM end-user list?
Reboot everything?

Let's make sure that the SIP trunk was configured properly 
( destination ip and port number), also let's check that the security  
profile is configured properly, usually the non secure sip trunk  
profile will work.

Reset the SIP trunk
On cucm service parameters check publish sip trunk
Make sure the line appereance is associated to the user

All presence information is delivered from CUPS to CUPC by Notify  
message. The source uis CUCM.
Let's make sure that the SIP trunk was configured properly 
( destination ip and port number), also let's check that the security  
profile is configured properly, usually the non secure sip trunk  
profile will work.

Reset the SIP trunk
On cucm service parameters check publish sip trunk
Make sure the line appereance is associated to the user
