OK so Partial service is not expected and could be causing this issue.
Resolve that by confirming your integration and usernames and passwords to
start and move through the troubleshooting

2013-05-26 Thread Ryan Maxam
The URL that I'm using for the icd-onebutton is
http://10.10.210.5:6293/ipphone/jsp/sciphonexml/IPAgentLogin.jsp

The UCCX is in Partial_Service. The services that are shutdown are is
Cisco Desktop LDAP Monitor Service and Cisco Desktop Sync Service. When I
tried to manually start the Cisco Desktop Sync Service to stops
immediately. Thanks.

[OSL | CCIE_Voice] [QOS Question - To get proper understanding]

2013-05-26 Thread ie ravindra
Dear Experts,

What is the mostly recommended way to mark all in/out traffic to specific
ip including protocol.

Assuming, we required to match all sip traffic which goes and in and out
from specific port and at the same time it requires to match the source and
destination as to be identified.

Question 1 :

Please mark down all the sip traffic from CUCM which goes in and out to
service provider [X1] but at the same time sip traffice goes out to the X2
through same port should not be marked.

Question 2:

I am not clear about the below usage in access-list..

ip access-list extended SIP
permit tcp any any eq 5060
permit tcp any eq 5060 any

What is the differance between* any any eq 5060 /** **any eq 5060 any *

Thanks,
Ravi.

Both settings are set to true. The users are imported and I restarted the
CUCM and UCCX. Moving on the in the lab I set up the icd application and
the trigger works properly (2700) as well. CTI route point and CTI ports
are registered. But I'm still having difficulty getting the phone agents
to login. Thanks for any ideas you might have.

Hello Ryan

Is the enterprise parameters showing

Auto Attendant Installed [image: Required Field] false IPCC Express
Installed [image: Required Field] false
This is sometimes the case and you can resolve it here

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/sw/custcosw/ps1846/products_tech_note09186a008088cff0.shtml

If this is not the case then you need to verify all your configuration
steps, did you setup the user, CUCM and UCCX correctly. Are things
registered, do they need a reset, did you import the users, everything
double checked to see if it is working.

Bill
