OK so Partial service is not expected and could be causing this issue. Resolve that by confirming your integration and usernames and passwords to start and move through the troubleshooting http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Troubleshooting_Tips_for_Unified_CCX_7.0 On Sun, May 26, 2013 at 7:51 PM, Ryan Maxam wrote: > The URL that I'm using for the icd-onebutton is > http://10.10.210.5:6293/ipphone/jsp/sciphonexml/IPAgentLogin.jsp > > The UCCX is in Partial_Service. Re: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] OWLE Lab 1 7.2 Cannot connect to the IP Phone Agent
Both settings are set to true. The users are imported and I restarted the CUCM and UCCX. Moving on the in the lab I set up the icd application and the trigger works properly (2700) as well. CTI route point and CTI ports are registered. But I'm still having difficulty getting the phone agents to login. Thanks for any ideas you might have. Hello Ryan Is the enterprise parameters showing Auto Attendant Installed [image: Required Field] false IPCC Express Installed [image: Required Field] false This is sometimes the case and you can resolve it here http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/sw/custcosw/ps1846/products_tech_note09186a008088cff0.shtml If this is not the case then you need to verify all your configuration steps, did you setup the user, CUCM and UCCX correctly. Are things registered, do they need a reset, did you import the users, everything double checked to see if it is working.
