I'll second that. Been with them 25+ years and had a claim that cost them over $10 grand and they didn't waste any time getting an adjuster into my garage and make a deal to fix everything properly. They even wanted to pay for stuff I didn't want done just to make sure the car came out correct in the end. The brakes lock up after about a mile of driving. I checked the brake pedal rod and it has been adjusted all the way out which I'm pretty sure is what is causing my problem. I tried to adjust the rod under the dash but I can't get to it. Can I take the master cylinder loose and adjust it from under the hood?
