There are no set  salaries for CCNPs, it all depends
on the level skills and the number of years of
experience you have in the  business.
I guess most of it depends also on your recruitment
consultant. You are can always negotiate with your
recuitment consultant how much you expect to earn.
A word of caution, please don't price yourself out of
the market.

Try a different console cable with the router or try a
different router with the same cable. You may have the
wrong pin outs on the console cable.
